I love love love getting my nails done at Star Nails! The atmosphere is amazing and everyone makes you feel like family. My nail tech Daisha is wonderful! She always makes me feel comfortable, completes my nails in a timely fashion, and does a FANTASTIC job everytime. I will always and forever be apart of The Star Nails family!

Came in weeks ago and got an excellent set of acrylic extensions put on and gel coated (idk of my terminology is right). And today, three weeks later, I noticed one of my nails was starting to lift at the base. I walked in and they glued it back on for free right then and there.

I highly recommend this nail salon! Not only did they do an impeccable job on my manicure and pedicure, but Lisa and Kim made me feel so comfortable and were professionals at best. It was my first visit but it wont be my last.

They never let me down! I can go weeks [up to 9 so far] between appointments and fills. Dasia is awesome! I usually pick a a style and she picks colors and designs and Im always shocked by how great they turn out. I love her and her mom. But really everybody there does a great job.

Leah has been doing my nails for 5 years. Shes is the best. Everyone in there is very friendly. The atmosphere is super laid back and chill. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Well only reason they got 4 stars was bc they were super friendly. Other than that it is a 3. I will say that the salon is very clean and theyre nice. There is a variety of polishes to choose from. The service was ok. She did a good job but she put like 5 coats on my toes and my polish looks thick. As well only 2 people working and they got a bit busy after I came in. From observation they have a very old style. If they get a few more techs and modernize the salon as well as nail styles it would be better. I would recommend you go for simple, easy service!

If I could give 10 stars especially for Customer Service I would. From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable and for somebody that deals with a lot of anxiety in public that’s important. sometimes when I get my nails done I don’t know exactly which test they told me to sit at because I couldn’t hear them but the guy came and got me at my seat and pointed to the desk where I was supposed to go. He was very informational when I was asking about different kinds of stuff to do on my nails since I don’t really get them done often. They weren’t overly pushy trying to over sell me and they even said good luck on my job interview. A few of them! It Felt like a close knit beauty shop where everyone knows everyone and when you come in you’re part of the group. I wasn’t even going to get another nail design of any kind but I’m going tomorrow to get dipping powder because they are so amazing!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!New owners from 10/11/21 - still under construction/updating but Lisa (co-owner) is fantastic (I’ve followed her round Jacksonville since moving here 7 years ago). Great at all nails services -they have a huge selection of colors & the nail art they can do is amazing!

I love to leave a review, if the service was worthy of one. KHIM did an amazing job with the manicure and pedicure. Let me tell you not many techs actually take off the dead skin and put in good work the way KHIM did. I really recommend KHIM from now on I will only go to KHIM for my services. I appreciate a good manicure and pedicure, it makes a difference to feeling amazing from a crazy month or week. No one wants a half way done job. Thanks KHIM.

I love it!!! Ive been going for 5 years and my Mother AND GrandMother have been going for 11 for eyebrows and manipedis. Theur a family favorite. Family Friendly and very positive service. Would recommend to anyone who wants a professional job with decent price rang.
