    These nails have almost lasted me a month!! The picture I took was after two weeks had already passed, and the picture of me in the mirror was a couple days after. The last picture is my nails after almost a month. No breaks, it’s just started lifting a little bit. I haven’t had any time to get them done and they’ve lasted the whole time! I love the nail techs in the salon but chun has been doing my nails because of the designs I like. So excited to see what’s next

    Alba was fantastic she was sweet and courteous ! Gentle and asked my opinion before doing anything ! My experience with this nail salon has been wonderful ! I have come here before but I am sold in the all around experience I didn’t feel rushed or unvalued ! My new favorite place !!!!! Thank you ladies!!!! i ALSO WANTED TO SAY THAT CHUN WAS SO AMAZING TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS IMPECABLE !!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE BACK

    This place has been so amazing! Chun was extremely sweet and did the most efficient and beautiful manicure and pedicure I have ever had. She really is stellar at what she does. It was an amazingly relaxing experience, and of course cant go with out mentioning the complimentary glass of wine 😉 Though I am not a regular with getting my nails done because I often feel that its not quite worth it, my mind has been changed...I have definitely found a regular spot and will absolutely be scheduling for Chun every time ❤️

    Absolutely love getting my nails done here! Nina always does an amazing job with my acrylics and they last 3+ weeks without any lifting or breakage!

    Dep nail has the best service ever, Lola also provides a great massage and service. She’s very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All the staff are amazing 🤩.

    First time moving here and was hard finding a spot. I finally came here and felt comfortable! Everyone was nice and this is my go to spot! The drinks they give when you’re relaxing and June is so great!! Great customer service

    I am in love with my nails. Lee is the best at Dep nails spa. I let her know what I was wanted and she delivered the shape, length and design. So happy with my Mother’s Day nails. Thank you again Lee.

    Vincent is my dude! He has many years of experience and does a great job. I’m a very simple pink and white person and he is the best. This is after a fill and I absolutely love it. The only reason I would give this place a 4 star is because I think it’s a little pricey. But for Vincent, I will continue to pay.

    Great customer service from receptionist, Lucky, and nail tech Lee (spelling?). Been coming to this establishment for a couple months now and never had a bad experience. My nails always on point after coming here, usually have a gentleman doing my nails but I had Lee today. My nails turned out way better than the photo I had for reference. 10/10

    Dep Nails is great! The staff is very kind. Chun did a great job on my dip nails and pedicure. I picked the same color for both but Chun noticed my toes were a much different color that my nails. She immediately offered to redo my toes. I felt terrible because it was not her fault but she happily redid them and they turned out great.

    This place is the best! Everyone is so nice and helpful. It’s very clean, nice environment, and they have a lot of color choices. Le does a great manicure, acrylics, and amazing design work! I would recommend this place to everyone! Make sure to make an appointment though, because they get very busy.

    Love my nails everyone in the salon was nice and treated us great. The shop was very clean and sanitary. 100% recommend and definitely will be back again for more services! Superior excellent service.

    First time visiting and I loved it! I just moved to Jacksonville in January and I’m just now finding a permanent person to stick with for nails and eyes brows. Nina did my nails and brows and I love SHORT NAILS! It’s not a lot of people who are good in that area but she did an amazing job on my nails and my brow wax!!

    Today was my first time coming to this nail salon and because of my AMAZING first time experience, I am now a forever customer! I came in as a walk in on a Saturday afternoon and at first glance, the salon was very clean & to my surprise not very busy. I was welcomed by Vincent and had initially only came in for a gel pedicure, but he charmed me with his great personality and I decided to trust him and also get an acrylic full set. Now to preface this review, I would like to mention that I am VERY picky.. I’ve been going to the same nail techs/ salon for YEARS and I wasn’t able to go to my usual place bcus she was out on vacation but your girl was WAYYY past due for a pedicure & I was holding my breath going into this nail salon bcus of some of my past horrible experiences in other nail salons… IYKYK… lol anyways, Nina did my pedicure while Vincent did my nails. Nina was AMAZING, she paid very close attention to detail and got rid of my ingrown nails & took her time to give my feet some much needed TLC! She was INCREDIBLE & left my toe nails shaped perfectly, they look like I have acrylics on my toes! Vincent did a WONDERFUL job shaping & painting my nails, and kept my cup full of some drank! (some vodka slushy they make in-house, it was soo good!) overall I am SOOO pleased and honestly surprised at how great of an experience this was for me. Nina and Vincent EXCEEDED my expectations & I will definitely be back to see them soon! THANK YOU again for making my Saturday! 😊 already can’t wait to come back! If you’re looking for a new nail salon, come to Dep Nails at the Towncenter, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

    This place is great, I got the basic pedicure with regular polish. It’s been almost a month and the polish is still on like new! I’m shocked! And the prices are super affordable. This will definitely be my new nail salon!

    They are amazing place to get your nails done! They were able to fit three girls in last minute near closing time and stayed open late to finish our nails! The sets came out amazing and very good prices. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the service was amazing. Its so hard for me to find a salon that is clean, luxe, and friendly. I would recommend 10/10.

    They fit three of us girls in last minute and did a wonderful job! Full acrylic set in less than 45 minutes and only $50. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating! Will definitely return and recommend

    Very nice and clean environment. Ann and Lin did my nails. They were very nice and worked well. They got my fingers and toes looking just right. They are very welcoming and friendly. This nail salon also does designs for nails so if you are looking for a good nail tech come here.

    Beautiful salon. Came here for Ms. T to do my daughter’s nails and they came out beautifully. Looks just like the photo my daughter looked up. Definitely check out both Ms. T and the rest of the staff to get your nails done. If not nails, the have a plethora of other services they provide that can for your needs.
