Stylish, relaxing, and most important very clean!! I had driven past this location many times before. Ive been looking for a new nail salon, so I figured I would give it a try. Their tools are all sanitized and neat. They opened a new pack right in front of me. The lady did an excellent job! They are all very attentive and offered me drinks and made sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and I will be a returning customer.

She is very talented and took the time to make sure all the detailes were perfect. The best nail technician I have meet so far in Jacksonville. Love her art job. Thank you very much Janice. Very nice salon and staffs. Go a pedicure and a full set the guy that worked on mw did a great job even gave me a deal so the price was cheaper. Only issue i has was one of my nails weren’t completely filled in with acrylic but you barely notice it. My nails are now on week 3 and they still look good.

Had such a great experience here! The place is clean, bright and inviting. The staff were so nice and friendly as well. My niece and I got very relaxing pedicures and even though we showed up an hour before close they didn’t rush us and were very pleasant. Also, my niece got nails with some complicated designs and they were done beautifully and the owner lady stayed late to get them done. Outstanding service all the way around! We will certainly be back.

OUTSTANDING!!!!!!My wife went to get her nails done and took our 8 year old daughter. The atmosphere is nice and peaceful, we were greeted right away by Janice, who did my wifes nails, she was polite, friendly, helpful, and as you can see from the picture talented! Our daughter was given a basic manicure which as you can see was lovely, the man who worked with her was gentle, friendly, and did a great job (especially since she has very little nails to work with). This is a wonderful place to get your nails done and I highly recommend. I will let you know in advance it is not cheap so do not come here expecting to pay $20. We will definitely be returning and I will recommend everyone to go to CB Nails!! Thank you for your amazing service!!!!

Ask for Andy!!! You will not regret it I promise, I’m from Chicago and these were the best nails I’ve ever had. I would fly out here just to get my nails done by Andy. I would’ve paid $100+ for these nails in Chicago, he is very affordable and pays attention to detail. My nails look exactly like the reference photo I showed him.

But I think I’ve finally found my permanent go to spot. They’re welcoming, fairly priced, and do high quality work. I had an appointment set for 1:15 and they took me in right as I got there. Everything seemed very clean and they had very relaxing music playing in the back, so relaxing I almost felt myself zoning out while getting my nails done lol! They also offer you a small water bottle or a canned Coca-Cola. I never knew of the salon because the outside is sort of small and not very eye catching but the inside is probably the cutest and nicest nail salon I’ve been to yet. The guy who did my nails was very nice, I felt bad because I already had two nails coming off and because my nails are so tiny the flowers I wanted for my new set were harder to do but he still managed to do them for me and I thought they came out really cute for the spring. Now he did accidentally do different fingers than they were supposed to be for the flowers on each hand and I was so chilled out by the music that I didn’t notice until I had left lol! But I didn’t mind because it looks cute either way and I kinda like the look of each hand having different fingers for the flowers. I really liked the atmosphere and vibe of this salon and hope my next experience is just as good! I definitely recommend you try them atleast once if you’re someone like me who likes to try a lot of different salons trying to find the perfect one that you’ll stick to.EDIT:Today was my second time going to CB Nails & Spa and my experience was still just as good! I usually decide if a salon will be my new go to salon after the second visit because you see if it was just a fluke that the first time was good and they still didn’t disappoint! This time around I asked for a frog design and he made it look just like the reference photo :) still no complaints

There are not enough words to speak as highly of this establishment as I would like to. I first walked into this establishment because I had broken a nail. I was welcomed warmly and professionally and Lihn, who corrected my nail was very kind. Her husband also sat with us and made casual conversation, they were both very kind. I also noticed that the quality of the products they used was quite high, a flaw that I found was recurring since the business Id patronized for 5 years had changed management. I was very impressed afterwards. As if the service couldnt get any better, they didnt charge me for the repair! Maybe it was because it was my first time - regardless, thats how you treat potential customers.Ive since had several manicures. Im not one to be very nice to my nails. Every manicure has held up nicely.Today I went for my first pedicure. Wow... Just wow! The chairs give a full massage and, in proper fashion, the service is top notch as well as the products used.In closing I would advise anyone who gets regular work done, or if you need a one-time service, this is the place to go. Id like to see this place remain for years to come without changing hands. The current management is fantastic and pays close attention to how they treat each customer.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!Came here from Orange Park bcuz its closer to my friend but so so glad i did!I have found my new favorite go-to nail salon. Everyone was courteous and polite, never made me feel unwelcome or uneasy.The pedicure chairs were great- my artist was so sweet and we even began joking around because he was silly too. Wow! Great service, they really take their time and take pride in your work. Best nail salon in jax!! The owner is super nice, and they actually pay attention to things like whether your nails are the same length on both hands so that they look nice. There’s no design they can’t do, you can get an appointment right away with no wait, and they even had massage chairs.

Got my acrylic filled in and wanted a shape change and he was honest about the shapes with how short my nails were but made it work as best as possible for what I wanted. Funny enough the reason I rate CB so high is because their massage chairs ACTUALLY work. I’ve been to more expensive places where the massage rollers are broken and end up just in the middle of your back the whole time.CB not only has working massage chairs they obviously maintain, they are also really good ones!The pedicure I got as well was incredibly relaxing and well done. They know what they’re doing here!The price wasn’t too bad either, I got the upgraded option with a longer leg massage and it ran me what I have paid other places with not as nice amenities.Overall, I’d definitely recommend this spot!

This review is definitely overdue for me. I love this place so much!! Everyone who works here is so kind and professional. I usually get mine done by Alan and Linh, and they are absolute sweethearts and AMAZING at what they do. I have been here several times since late last year, and now I dont go anywhere else to get my nails done. They are perfectly done every single time; length, shape, thickness, design/color request. The cost is slightly pricey but well worth it. And in my opinion if the cost of upkeep is too expensive for you, you might want to rethink your financial priorities. I have attached a couple shots of what I got the other day and they are the prettiest nails ever!!! Couldnt be happier. The shop also has really relaxing and classy music, and everything is very clean. If you havent been here before, please consider & you def wont be disappointed! :)

My nail experience here has been the best! I’ve jumped from nail salon to nail salon and this is by far has the best customer service. My nail tech was Lee and she made sure I was happy with my nails. Her work was very tedious and though she had clients after me she still didn’t rush. They also offered me drinks and made sure my service was perfect! The salon is filled with good workers and people who care not only about you but how your nails should look. I recommend anybody who wants flawless nails to come!

I had never been to CB before. I was immediately welcomed with hellos and smiles. They instantly sat me down, offered me drinks, and began asking exactly what I wanted. They were patient while I decided on colors for my acrylic full set and Melinda did an INCREDIBLE job for me. She made sure to always double check on length and shape throughout the process and it was clear that she is skilled, attentive to detail and cares about making her clients happy. In from out of town and so happy I found this amazing Nail SPA. They greeted me with smiles everyone wishing me a good morning. The service I received from Lynn and Lee made me feel like a superstar and they have my hands and feet looking and feeling fantastic. Alan is the best as well offering me complimentary wine and drinks and checking on if I needed anything. The salon is new with a very modern, jazzy feel. The decor is relaxing....sitting in the pedicure massage chair with my wine, soothing music in the background and a lovely view of a beach painted wall made me feel like I was on vacation in Mexico. I can’t wait to return.Prices are comparable to other salons and well worth the experience alone.

Found this salon through Google maps when looking for a pedicure on a Sunday afternoon. This place was AMAZING! Everyone was friendly from the moment I stepped in the door. The pedicure area was relaxing, and the massage chairs even had an option to massage your lower half - I didnt want to leave. Matthew was attentive to detail, got my feet back to being smooth and the strength in his hands gave the best foot/leg massage. Thank you CB Nails, I will definitely be a returning customer.

This is the 2nd nail salon Ive visited in Jville. I had called ahead for prices. I had the powder dip with tip since my nails werent long enough. The atmosphere was great, they were extremely friendly and talkative. I loved my nails and it was affordable.Came back here to redo my nails 2 weeks later, the lady and husband who did my nails left on an emergency. Was not impressed with other employees, girls sitting around doing nothing but called someone else from the back to do my dip powder. I was blown away. Guess not all of them were properly trained.Jihn had done my nails before. Her and her husband definitely made me come back.

WOW! Janice is a nail tech extraordinaire!! I walked in without an appointment and was greeted instantly and warmly. Janice is sweet, personable, and professional. I went to CB Nails today for the first time. The moment I walked in I was welcomed and well taken care of. I was offered something to drink and was seated in a massage chair while I waited for Linh, my nail technician. Linh is an amazing nail technician. Both her and her husband, Alan, are such friendly people. I highly recommend this nail salon. My search for an outstanding nail salon in Jax is finally over! Thanks so much CB nails. I will be back soon.
