Hands down best pedi I’ve had in a long time!!! I was amazed at how much comes with the basic pedicure. The massage was amazing and the staff was friendly. Their service menu is very broad and has a nice presentation. Seats work well water was t too hot and they got us in right away.

Today is the 2nd time coming here . I live in horseshoe beach and drive almost 3 hours one way to come for pedicure, that alone tells you how much I enjoy this salon. The lady that did my pedicure today as well as the gentlemen that did it the first time , both are incredible. Detailed, pleasant and very good at what they do !While in town I enjoy lunch/dinner with my best friend, who has been using this salon for a long time .Thanks for making my drive worth while ❤️

Very friendly staff! When I came in the first time my nails were done a little too thick and they had someone else re-do the design. Henry called me today and had me come in and he re-did my set ( I didn’t have to pay again ). I really appreciated that they were very helpful and communicative!

It was my first time going and I was impressed. The lady took her time on both my manicure and pedicure. I got two colors and the lady did a great job of making sure the glitter on the top was even and set enough with a top coat. The areas all looked clean. There was no wait at all. I was in and out pretty quickly. I will certainly be back!

This is my go to nail place! Not only us it beautiful and relaxing inside, but the music is the best! They offer complimentary drinks, and the staff is the nicest. My go to guy is Ben, he’s such a pleasure to work with. Actually everyone I’ve worked with including the owner are so very kind and talented. I drive 30 minutes from where I live to get my nails beautified here.

I always go to Jenny and she is amazing!!! I like my dip very thin and I’m also picky with the shape of my nails. She always does them beautifully. I’ve also had several foot surgeries and have pain in my feet and legs so she takes time to give a great massage during my pedicures!!! Definitely recommend the shop and Jenny!

Edit: I went back to get them fixed. Cindy did an amazing job and on second thought, I might go here again. I dont know who the woman was who did my nails the first time, but Im just gonna assume she had a headache and wasnt doing her best work that day.----This is potentially the worst experience Ive had at any nail salon. The woman who did my nails did a shoddy job on both feet and hands. There are gaps and imperfections all over, and the surface of the nails is very uneven. She also took FOREVER to do it, I was there for like two hours. No one spoke enough English to understand what I wanted. They tried to make my nails longer when I repeatedly said that I need them short because I play guitar, and then they did a dip manicure for some reason—I just wanted normal acrylic. Now its only a few days later and Im already getting lifting. Im giving two stars instead of one only because they were nice and tried their best, but you really cannot provide a service to English speaking customers if you dont have at least one person there who speaks fluent English and can translate clearly what they want. I will not come back here.

Amazing pedicure. I got the 59$ all inclusive pedicure which included hot towels and a hot stone massage. Amazing massage of legs and feet. Very relaxing. I also got a beautiful pink and white full set. Everyone was very friendly and social distancing was used and masks were worn by all.

SNS looks very natural- Henry was my nail tech. He followed what l requested and Im very satisfied.Pedicure Ive had 3 times here, I enjoy the service but the massage ,callous removal , and cuticle trim Im still looking for the right technician for my idea of a perfect pedicure.. They do include hot towels, hot stone and paraffin so its very relaxing.Manicure Ive done once here- good job but much too basic for $20.The ambiance is nice, its clean & you also earn points . More options of pink variations in color would also be a good thing for the salon. The color thing has been a challenge when I visit. All things considered I still can give a good score based on my experience.

I received a liquid gel full set. My tech was Henry. While I was not particularly happy with the price of the gel nails vs acrylic (I originally asked for gel but I believe there was a misunderstanding between the tech and the front door rep I talked to), Henry took his time, very professional. My nails look great. I love that he took his time with everything. I didn’t feel rushed at all. The shape, contour, even down to making sure every inch of my nail was covered by the polish evenly. I will definitely go back. Can’t wait for my next visit! Thank you!

My first time visiting here was last weekend. I am always nervous to go to a new nail salon but this one did not disappoint!Not only is the location very convenient but it was clean, lots of staff and the easiest check-in process ever. They offer an abundance of snacks and drinks which stood out to me.The pedicure was good but for the package I got I wish the massage part was more intensive.My manicure was also decent but I wish they did a short arm massage like other places do. As well as maybe some lotion.Overall, I paid $90 plus tip so not bad for a generally good experience!

It became cheaper recently but the service is just as good and they added new elements. I just had my pedicure done by Henry and love my nails. Feet feel so refreshed and nurtured. I had a lovely experience at the Venetian Spa. I tried them on a whim as a walk-in. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Leslie was attentive and professional and because of her pleasant demeanor and quality work, I agreed to get a pedicure, too. I had not planned on it because I had recently over zealously trimmed *read ripped* my own toe nails to the quick in an attempt to resolve an ingrown nail. I loved their gentle, yet effective treatment. They worked together and were caring toward one another and to their clientele. I am very pleased and will be returning.

This place is amazing! Fair prices, excellent service and warm atmosphere. Myself and my two girls (ages 5&6) were treated like queens and left with perfect pedicures. Jenny & Van were awesome and did a great job! One of the employees was amazing enough to find an earring dropped by one of my little girls that we thought was lost forever. I was thrilled with how they went out of their way to give us a wonderful experience! ☺️

I usually go to another popular nail salon at the Town Center, but they were swamped and I was in a rush so I decided to try someplace new. I was a little nervous because nail salons are a hit or miss. Here at Venetian someone was able to take me right away. It was hard to relax because I was pressed for time and worrying, but I found myself talking to a married couple, both nail techs, as the husband did my nails. They are the sweetest people I ever met. Great customer service and you can tell they actually care about interacting with people and being friendly and arent just making conversation for tips. And my nails turned out fabulous. I literally cannot stop looking at them because they are so perfect from the color, the length, and the shape. Im not sure how the nail tech managed to pay such good attention to detail while working fast, but he did it. Found my new go-to spot!

I have recently made this nail salon my go to for pedicures and manicures. I never leave dissatisfied. My last visit was with Dan for my pedicure with gel polish and I had never been happier with them. My toes are still gorgeous a 3 weeks later. That was the basic but I will say the Venetian Deluxe Ped is worth it with hot stones, sugar scrub and more.Whenever I get a gel manicure, acrylic set, or french tips I am not disappointed. They are always diligent when it comes to perfection and making their sets flawless. I would highly recommend them.They are always wearing masks and have acrylic wall barriers between the customers and nail artist.The only thing I would critique and ask for is for them to regularly wipe down the acrylic barriers so that you cant see the nail file dust all over them. I dont know if they wipe down each area/seat after each customer leaves and it would great if I could physically see with my eyes that they do that for my own sanity.

Shannon was amazing! I got a pedicure and gel nails with her She carries on great conversation and lets you relax during the massage of the pedicure. She gave the best attention to sore spots on my calves and feet. She had a lot of fun with my nails, which turned out to be the coolest my nails have ever looked! I will definitely be going back to her in the future!!

Ive been here twice now. Once with Nancy for acrylic fill and one with Lee for acrylic fill and pedicure. Both experiences were good. I havent had to wait and Ive been there at busy after work times. Prices are standard for the business and I am very pleased with the quality of the work. The ambience is nice for a nail salon. It is not a spa so people who expect a spa experience should go to a spa. The pedicure stations are comfortable with the massage chairs, TV, and relaxing music. Better yet they serve complimentary beverages including wine.

My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting this spa this morning.We were more than pleased.I had Leslie who was sweet, gentle, as I have compromised skin on my legs, and extremely through. She did a fabulous massage on my feet.My husband had Tammy. Tammy was also sweet, gentle and did a phenomenal job. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely welcoming.He made us comfortable upon arriving, and very appreciative when we left.

The salon is clean and comfortable, with tons of colors to choose from, and they have great prices. Give it a try; youll love it too!

Jessica did my pedicure. Although I stayed on and in my phone, iPad, taking business calls, etc.....I still was very aware of Jessica’s every little nuance to make my experience EXCEPTIONAL! She even took the time to take care of an slight ingrown nail on my big toe that drive me insane with certain shoes. I didn’t ask for this, I didn’t complain, I am just always too much in a hurry. Jessica, I NOTICED! I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Jessica for an amazing pedicure experience! I also had my nails filed in and with a cats eye gel! Absolutely INCREDIBLE skill, conscious of their own detail!!!!! This is a MUST place for any woman who consistently does nails on the run, at ease, random or all the time. Incredible atmosphere, beautiful experience

My daughter discovered Venetian years ago when she attended UNF, and we have both gone there ever since. I like it enough to drive about 15 miles each way from the westside! Only once have i had any negative, with a tech who hurt me a couple of times in the same sitting while cutting my cuticles. I asked her to stop and get someone else to do my pedi, and they did so immediately. Their services are much better priced for what you get compared to a lot of other salons, and Ive never waited longer than 15 min to be seated for a pedi. I dont do manicures, but my daughter did many there with no complaints, including the day before her wedding. Cant see a reason to go anywhere else!

It was ok. It’s an option to go back to but I’m still searching for a permanent place.What I did like: excellent customer service, they will take their time, and they’re clean. Many spa options for mani and pedi. Good prices.What I would like them to do better : they shouldn’t ever use cheese graters for heals, it’s terrible for skin. They didn’t use it on me, but they did for the lady next to me. They need to wipe nails with rubbing alcohol using a napkin to get the dust of filing off instead of asking customers to wash their hands. The guy had me wash my hands after filing, I wiped my hands with napkin, sat down and he applied shellac polish immediately . He should’ve wiped each nail bed with a napkin and rubbing alcohol to clean off the surface. The need to put more power in their hand. They cut cuticles good by not cutting more than they need to, but could do a better job than leaving some work unfinished. Oh and it was stuffy in there. The AC was barely running. Must’ve had it on 78I had 2 different nail techs. Sweet people. But need stronger hands and be more confident in their work. I would go back if I don’t find a better alternative .

If you don’t like something, they fix it and they take their time and don’t rush you like other places. Also free wine! They play the Jags game when it’s on and the food network any other time!! Great place for any mani and pedi needs. Although with the recent departure of my favorite nail tech and the second favorite always busy I am having little issues adjusting to someone new. I am sure its just me, as they are all very friendly. There arent too many good nail places around Town Center, this one is definitely on top of the list.

Happy almost 4th of July! I just had a fabulous pedicure with Pauline at Venetian at the Town Center. My toes look great and are ready to celebrate the 4th now in red...Big Apple Red,that is! Pauline is an excellent clinician and not only does a terrific job, but is so charming and personable while she works with you. The spa has many friendly faces and a very relaxing atmosphere, but Pauline is my favorite!!There are many nail salons in the area, but I think Venetian is a cut above. If you haven’t checked them, you should very soon!!
