    I usually enjoy only getting one color when I get my nails done. Even for events, I never go all out and do designs. For December I was feeling a little festive and decided to do a design.I always go to Noreen when I get my nails done. I proposed the idea of doing a nail design and showed Noreen some reference photos. She took all those ideas and put them into one design!I am extremely happy with how well they came out! She took her time and made corrections on my nails when necessary. She is meticulous when doing her customers nails and when doing designs.I have never done a design on my nails and the end result did not disappoint! I cannot stop looking at my nails and admiring them. The colors and designs came together so beautifully and I am excited to be able to show them off!I highly recommend Bella & Me Nails. Everyone is polite and nice. When I would walk in, I was greeted by employees with smiles. Every time I called to make an appointment, the phone was answered promptly. When there was a conflict with my appointment, I was immediately contacted to make arrangements to reschedule my appointment. When I would have my nail repaired, it was done so without question and with great service. The prices are fair and they offer promotional discounts multiple times in the year. To anyone reading reviews, I HIGHLY recommend this nail salon.

    Love coming to this nail salon! Booking appointments is always a breeze since they pick up the phone quickly, and I’ve never had to wait once I arrive. They’re super efficient, which is perfect for a lunch break visit from work. The pedicures are consistently amazing, with plenty of colors to choose from. Great service and quality every time!

    Beautiful new salon with kind and friendly staff. The whole experience is relaxing and lovely. No strong solvent smells. I enjoy my time at this salon very much. Great massage chairs too.I love Tia and all their staff!

    First time and I am very impressed. Hannah was super friendly and professional. She walked me through the process since its been a while since I got my nails done. I got a call and needed to be out in 30 minutes and she stayed detailed and efficient with my nails and eye brows. I was even more Wowed by the price under $100.     Clean shop, friendly staff, fast service. Their professionalism could use some work but its not too bad. The polishes need to be rotated and the old polishes are a bit thick.They could use a nail drying station for pedicures but the experience was good.The only 2 problems I had were the non-English speaking conversations that where had in front of clients and the rewards program doesnt allow your to redeem your rewards... Its a never ending cycle.Their prices are a bit steep but I like this place so I will continue to use them.

    Highly recommended. I brought my in-laws here for a pedicure. My mother-in-law has alzheimers and they were very kind and considerate toward her. My father-in-law said it was the best pedicure he had had in a long time.

    Over the last 8+ years I have tried other nail salons, and always walk away disappointed, so 3 yrs ago I decided never to go anywhere else, even when I moved out of the area. In all the time I have been using their services I have only walked away unsatisfied once, and when it was professionally communicated to them, it was made right. I love this shop and the people who work there, I have even brought in friends and family who will no longer go anywhere else.

    The salon is super clean, quiet, relaxing and they do a wonderful job with the manis and pedis. Prices are also reasonable. My daughter got acrylics and I got gel. We are both very happy with the results.

    My best friend and I went since she had been there previous and loved the service and employees. I had had my nail just done the week before and they were down right awful.. the lady who was doing my nail at Bella & Me was so sincere and did a fantastic job redoing my set of nails. They are even, the same shape and the color is amazing..And she even commented that I wasnt wrong for being so upset with the other Nail Salon the set they had gave me couldnt have been done by a professional.. which gave me a giggle def going to continue to have my nails done here..

    Ive been going to this place for about 2- yrs now. Started off with Trish who was amazing with the nails & art! Then when she left, started going to Kayla who is also amazing & professional! They always do what I ask and if it cant be done...theyll explain why but its unusual when they cant. I even have my daughters coming here also. Ive even recommended a couple of the ladies at work who also get their nails done here with no complaints. By far the best nail salon Ive been to!

    Beautiful atmosphere!!! The staff was very nice and professional. The shop is really Classy, CLEAN and Upscale. The nail techicians are super clean! Every time she would do anything to my nails she would clean up and dust down the area. Hands down one of the best nail shops Ive been to in Jacksonville thus far!     I was a walk in and they took me right away. Now of course this is when they first opened so, not to busy which I like :) I got the Glow in the Dark powder polish on my natural nails. Let me tell you how in love I am with these. In the light its a light pink color (they have other colors to chose from), almost natural looking; in shadows or the dark it glows a bright blue. Now this isnt like a normally glow in the dark polish you would buy in the store and have to hold to a light to really see the glow in the dark. The Glow in the Dark powder polish they used is great. Its so pretty and the nail tech who did these for me did a wonderful job.

    This is my new favorite nail spot. Having just moved to the Jacksonville area a few months ago, Ive bounced between a few shops but none have measured up to this one. Everyone is really friendly, and even on a busy evening after work theyve always been really accommodating to walk-ins. The shop is also very clean, and they have the most gel color options Ive ever seen. Its been a long time since Ive had acrylics that look this good, (thanks to Wendy!) and even though they do a thorough job and take their time, Im always out of there in a more than reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend this shop and I know Ill keep going back!

    I have been going to Bella & Me Nails every 2 weeks for about 4 Months in a row. Every time it has been a great experience and I leave happy with the results. They are taking necessary precautions with COVID, always wearing masks and sneeze guards at every station. All the technicians are well trained and very gentle. Highly recommend.

    Come every other Thursday/ Friday to get my eyebrows done. Learned quickly to try to at least call an hr ahead for a heads up Im coming as theyre always packed from being the best in town! IMO its hard to mess up an eyebrow wax but their welcoming staff and the friendly conversation I get from the same one of two stylists is what keeps me coming back 😊

    I have been living in Italy and had gel nails there. I went to another salon in Jacksonville that insisted on soaking the gel off. It nearly destroyed my nails. I was very happy to have the gel removed without soaking in acetone at Bella and me. My nails look great. I’ll be back.

    I love this place but the hours on Google are WRONG! They open at 10AM Mon - Fri. Here I am on Monday @ 9:30 standing outside feeling silly. The manager opened early because she saw me standing out here. Great customer service. Other than that this is probably one of the BEST nail salons in Jacksonville. I travel over 25 minutes to get here!

    Tia did a wonderful job on my nails. Previously had them done and one of them broke on my trip, but Tia said I could come right in and she would fix them for me. Only needed two fingers done and she ended up fixing my whole hand just to make sure none of the others would break! Wonderful work and very appreciated in redoing them all when she didnt have to! Definitely recommend them for quality, and they are cheaper than most of the places in Jax! :) Thank you again!Ps.     Looked at reviews and decided to try this place out. Called at 11 on Sunday made appt for 12- walked right in and they got me started. Even told another lady it was gonna be a min because i called ahead.. Was very pleased about that.Gel polish and basic pedi was 45$ average for what i remember but people were clean quiet friendly and my nails/toes look amazing. Will def be going back

    I’ve gone to the same nail salon for the last 10 years because I’ve never been able to find a salon that does as good of a job. This place is absolutely amazing , the staff is welcoming and the prices are amazing . They are very attentive to detail and i cant Wait to go back in two weeks !

    I went there this morning and got a pedicure, it was extremely relaxing and my feet and legs feel great. The store is very clean and has a great atmosphere, the technicians and owners are very warm and nice. We will be returning regularly.

    I am so glad that I went looking for a new salon! The difference between the SNS manicure here, and my previous manicures, is dramatic. The manicure at Bella & Me was far more gentle and looks so much nicer! Ive found a new salon, thank you!

    My husband and I came in for pedicures. My technician Moon, was aweome and paid attention to details. My husbands tecchnician, Annabel was pre-occupied with her phone. She texted and talked consistently.. She is the one with the Spanish accent. I would come back but she can never be our technician again.

    Ive been coming here for the past 2-3 years. Theres no other nail salon whose gel sets will last me so long. I just got my pedicure today and the old polish was still there after at least 3 months. Minus one star because of prior service issues and they dont really give coupons.
