    LOVE THEM! I was a walk in and was taken right away. Friendly and welcoming staff! Clean and bright inside. Huge selection of nail colors! So many different colors to choose from and the largest selection of dip powders I have ever seen. Great priced with the prices on the wall for you to see when you walk in so no surprises! My nails are smooth with an even layer of polish. I did not feel rushed and my nails were taken care of and evenly shaped with even lengths. Highly recommend! Will be going back!

    I had an appointment with Joe. I like a natural look no tips. Joe did a wonderful job. He and the other staff members are so nice and accommodating. He worked efficient and my nails turned out perfect. I am due for a new set. See yall soon!

    Had an amazing time today at DaMie! The technicians are so friendly and do a fantastic job. I will definitely be going back.The pedicure was great, I needed that massage! I also got a manicure and it was probably the most gentle manicure Ive ever gotten. I usually avoid them at other places because they tear up my hands and cuticles, but Im glad I tired again.Thank you again!

    This was the best nail service I’ve had in Jacksonville! My nails came out perfect and my pedicure was amazing! A lot places rush the massage but Mrs. Ann took her time! I work long hours and today I feel so relaxed! I will definitely be back :)

    Joe and his girlfriend are amazing people! Joe did my nails and he was quick and efficient. He is a great conversationalist and came to do a dip powder set specifically to accommodate me as a new customer. He and his girlfriend were so welcoming in the face of my anxiety and made me feel so ease. And he did a phenomenal job in my nails.

    This place does a great job at pedicures! They take their time and talk with you, while you are getting your pedicure. I like my toenails to be a little shorter than most people and the nail technician completely did what I asked for, without making me feel uncomfortable about wanting shorter toenails. I highly recommend this nail salon.

    I’ve been here more than a few times now and always love it. I’ve had services from all the nail technicians with no issues across the board with both manicures and pedicures. They are more than accommodating with how you like your nails trimmed. Also they don’t rip your nails up when removing gel- huge plus!! Thank you guys!!

I get a pedicure with regular polish, and a gel mani with an overlay. It had been almost a month between appointments, and even this past weekend I was still getting compliments on my nails! Usually by now, the nails I had been getting done from previous shops are peeling or cracked… these just looked grown out. I had time today to finally get in- a great pedi, and my nails are beautiful! Everyone there is great, I love DaMie

    Love It Here! Amazing, diligent services. Perfect pedicure. I was so worried about trying a new place but Im so relived that I came here. Kind, respectful staff. I love the many fishtanks. Oh and the massage chair is amazing! Better than the one at PT.

    My bf and I went here for pedicures for the 1st time and they did a PHENOMENAL JOB! But wait, it gets even better! I sent my daughter and her friend her to get their nails done Spiderman theme and not only did their work exceed my expectations, but they took their time and did exact what two 13 yr old girls came in for. They treated them well and again, their nails turned out GORGEOUS!! I will continue coming back with my bf, my daughter and myself! The husband/wife duo that are the new owners/management work amazingly well and hard to give you what you want... all while having their sweet, adorable little boy with them. The sweetest little family that does the most impeccable work Ive seen in Jax for the 30+ years Ive been getting my nails done.♡♡♡ thank you both for the amazing work on my family and great conversation!! Youre the BEST!!

    I was here the other day and I’m extremely happy with my nails and the service I received at BT nails. Anne and Bill are such friendly, warm people, who are efficient and masterful at what they do.I always get simple gel manicures and pedicures, but you’d be surprised how other nail salons can mess that up. Not BT! I only went in for a gel manicure because I didn’t have enough time to do my toes, but I look forward to returning and being a regular customer here. I felt that my nails were handled with care and that they are beautiful and made to look exactly how I like them!Thank you BT nails!

    Firstly, this is the ONLY nail salon I am willing to go to at ALL! I’ve lived in Jacksonville, FL for almost 8 years now, though BT Nails was good, DaMie Nails is excellent!Between their bubbly customer service, positive attitudes, and consistency in professionalism/great quality of work, I recommend them to everyone!In reference to Regina below me… I know it’s not my business, but I have to ask, are you saying that you went to a nail salon, who posts their prices on the walls AND IMMEDIATELY gives you a menu of the prices when you walk in, are at fault for what you were being charged? AFTER your nails were done and you went to them instead of the other salon??!?!?I get it if something is too expensive for your liking, but too attack them about set prices is almost like saying you deserve a special price or special treatment because of another place that charged you less…just saying 🤷🏻‍♀️

    I was a walk in at this establishment yesterday the service i was given as absolutely incredible. The man who did my nails was very thorough and put forth a lot of effort making sure they came out perfectly. At the end when I went to pay he told me everything I was charged for instead of just giving me a number to pay as I appreciated that greatly. This will be my go to shop !

    Ann & Bill do excellent work! They are not only affordable but clean! On top of that, they give great customer service. This is a mom & pop shop so an appt is your best bet.(In this pic, my gel manicure is a over a week old.)

    My husband and I had an appointment at 12 but they saw us early. We have to say they did an AMAZING job on our pedicures, we had the pedicure package #4 and we were both relaxed. And they were all super nice. We will definitely be coming back here.

    I walked in here after just getting a gel mani at another shop that was peeling up and bumpy. They took a few minutes and took off the polish on my thumb and redid it with a much higher quality. I will 100% be booking my future manicure appointments here. They are friendly, welcoming, and from the one thumbnail they corrected for me, appear to have high quality work.     The people here are very nice and give a very good mani-pedi. Be prepared to pay a little more than at other nail salons. A regular mani-pedi is $60 plus $1.20 if you pay by credit card, so with tip its about $10. more than other places.

    I love it here!!     I loved everything about this salon! They did my nails exactly how I wanted them and they are sweet as hell! I went to this place because of all the positive reviews and o finally found my home salon! I spent $80 for a full set and deluxe pedicure plus tip. Take care of your people and they care for you!! Ann and Bill and sweethearts and have people that have been with them for years. It’s family going there. You need to have patience and make an appointment before you. That is a must!! This place is amazing!

    They open everyday except for Tuesday and Sunday. Not sure why it said permanently close on Google. This is a hidden gem. Great service and very affordable, the owners are so sweet and welcoming and they do a really good job. Felt very relaxed and money well spent here.

    I brought my wife up here for first on her birthday and we both feel in love with BT Nails. They did a great job. Ann did a wonderful job on my feet and calves. She went out of her to massage my calves and feet. I would recommend this salon to everybody.

    I had an amazing experience and always have. Been coming for years and always top notch. I had an fantastic pedi for $60 and it was well worth it. You get hot stones, herbal in pool pedi and herbal massage therapy. And hot wax , also heel treatment. Mrs. Ann always takes her time and treats you so well. You will not be disappointed!     This was my first experience at BT Nails and it was a lovely one. It was quiet, peaceful, and most importantly, neat and clean. I had a pedicure, and the prices are very reasonable. You also have the opportunity to upgrade the package that provides some nice extras. I upgraded and was very pleased. I felt pampered by Hahn (she is wonderful) and will be returning on a regular basis. Spread the word. This is a jewel of a nail salon!

    I looooove this place. Mrs Ann and Bill are so awesome. The first time I went we had great conversation and the next time I went they both called me by my first name. They are so personable. I love that. But I love the pedicures even more. I dont go to a nail salon looking for a rush job. When they take their time and do a wonderful job Im hooked!     I was referred to BT Nails by a friend of mine and was quite surprised at there great prices, excellent service, and quality of their services! I went for a fill in on my nails today and wound up also getting a brow wax and back and neck massage that was totally worth it! The prices cant be beat and Ann and Bill are super nice people! Im going to refer all of my friends there!

    I did my nails here. The prices are VERY GOOD! However I work with my hands a lot & my nail broke after a few days. I’ve had other nails and they’ve been a lot more sturdy. But these weren’t And the back lifting started after 5-6 days.

    I love how everyone take their time with me. I had my nails done by Mr. bill & the nails last me for a month & still going strong as of now. Everyone ask me all the time where I get my nails done because you can tell that the staff knows their craftsmanship. Every time I leave their shop Im really satisfied!     She took her time and did an excellent job! When I messed up my polish on the way out the door she repaired it without question. My feet have never felt so soft. If you want an amazing pedicure #4 all the way, but be careful youll be hooked!!

    They do good work and are very nice and accommodating. It is not the most modern salon but it is CLEAN. They have a machine which sanitizes the instruments and I saw the man scrubbing the pedicure chairs and bowls with a bleach scrub between each customer. I see at a lot of other nail salons they don’t clean thoroughly and reuse instruments so it is a big deal to me. I’ll be back.

    I LOVE BT Nails! I always go for my Acrylic Nails and Pedicures. Mr. Bill does an excellent job on the acrylic nails, and even repaired a toenail for me that had broken really far down. He also does great artwork. Miss Ann works her magic with the best pedicures Ive ever had. I go there all the time and wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!!

    Best nail salon in Jacksonville. They do my nails perfect every time. They treat you wonderfully. Have a conversation to try and get to know you. And when you come back in they remember you. they truly care about their customers. When another salon messed up my eyebrows bad by taking my arch completely away. they fixed them entirely. Never once have I ever been dissappointed with this place, I recommend it to everyone.

    Best pedicure on the West side. They do very pretty nail art too. All the ladies have a nice personality and knew how to help relieve my ingrown toe nail. Unlike other nail salons, I felt like a valued customer. Its lovely to have a conversation for once while getting a pedicure. You should give this place a chance! I WAS going to try happy nail (next to target) since I needed to do grocery but I saw the bad review and didnt want to waste my time.
