    Love coming to this location to get my nails done. I got a manicure and pedicure. Highly recommend Philly. She does excellent work and make sure it is perfected every time. It feels like you are getting the service you pay for and does not feel like it is rushed.

    This salon is amazing, Bb is the best lash tech I’ve ever had. my lashes look flawless and I get compliments even after a couple weeks pass. Tweety does my nails and they look Amazing every time. They’re all so gentle but fast and efficient and I always leave their salon feeling relaxed and peaceful. This is the best salon I’ve ever been to.

    I’ve been a regular of Philly for years and she is hands down my favorite nail tech I’ve ever experienced quality service is what got me started and genuine connections is what has kept me all these years even in her absence the rest of the salon is amazing and treated me like a Queen until her return that is very special to me every dollar amount is worth each service no matter what you pick the products are great and results always leave me feeling beautiful. Tweety is very professional and did an excellent job with bringing my nails vision to life! The rest of the staff were also very helpful and friendly.     Went here to have my acrylics soaked off and had gel polish put on. It wasnt very busy when I went and I did not have to wait long at all. Everyone was really friendly. I was very happy with the experience and will definitely be returning here next time!

    Very friendly staff and clean work spaces. Tweety by far did an Outstanding job! My nails are done to perfection and she made sure every step was correct to asking me to the shape of my nail and to what length. I did get the dip powder with a tip because nail biting is my bad habit. I will be seeing her in the future for my next fill in for sure!! Keep it 100 ladies!

    My Mother (age 75) and I (age 45) both love this salon. We started coming here when I started working in this area again. We were able to make appointments which were taken on time when we arrived. The quality of service for pedicures is unbeatable to any place I’ve been throughout Duval, Clay and St Johns county.We truly appreciate all of the time taken with us both. My mother is diabetic and the technician took the utmost care and concern with her which was very appreciated. I have suffered from ingrown toenails for years, but after going to this salon not anymore - the man technician who did my pedicure cut my toenails in a way that my feet are no longer cause pain after a few weeks not even a few months of going between pedicures (before this I had contemplated surgery). I truly appreciate the time, safety precautions, quality service and kindness this staff shows to all of its customers. We will be lifelong customers as long as this salon stays in business. Please support this locally owned quality business for your nail salon needs. You will be extremely satisfied. Please take the time to make an appointment when you go here.

    I was in the area and saw this place so i decided to to give it a try.First time I walk in to this salon to get a pedicure and dip Powder nails. They managed to accommodate my request services in less than a 15 minutes waiting time. mature Lady who did my pedicure don’t speak English, she did really well, pedicure ended up been a bit pricey after picking one of their deluxe pedis plus gel polish.Dip powder nails were done by a mature gentleman (wish I had wrote down his name) he did an Amazing and outstanding job. My nails looks incredible and so natural, i don’t live in the area and i would love to go back for my dip nails place again. I Just need to learn his name so i can make an appointment with him, I will recommend him in a heartbeat. I recommend this place 100%I will be back and try other services next time no matter the driving distance.

    Love it here! Everyone is super friendly and the salon is clean. I have been coming here for 6 years for my lashes. Bihn always does an amazing job and she makes sure I’m happy with them before I leave. Her and Tweety have also done my nails and they always looked beautiful.     One of the best nail salons/spa in Jacksonville!! Amazing estheticians, everyone really cares about their work. Philly is my favorite nail tech/esthetician i have ever been too.     My friend and I went to BB to have our brows micro-bladed. She did an AMAZING job! I could not be happier. She took her time, made sure everything was perfect, and gave detailed instructions on after care. I just had my touch up done and they look so good!I have also had a wonderful pedi done here and would recommend services 100%.

    *Trust this Honest Review*10 ⭐️’s!!Even tho its located in a Old Bank Building ...This newly renovated Nail Salon has a Warm, Relaxing and inviting atmosphere that makes it feel like your in a Spa Lounge.It doesnt at all feel like a typical Nail Salon.It was my 1st scheduled appointment, last week on Wednesday with Heidi at this Nail Salon/Spa.Heidi is very Creative, Artistic and accommodating!Heidi did a Fabulous job with the Filing and Shaping of my Nails and she was gentle but firm with the Filing of my Gel Nails, which I very much appreciate, since I have tender nail beds and cuticles.My Nails are smoothly and uniformly shaped with no clumps of Acrylic and it make my fingers look elongated and my hands look very feminine!!I really wanted to get the Rose Gold Chrome Mirrored Nails but after many attempts to get the Mirrored Chrome Rose Gold product to take.I just told Heidi, that I trusted her and to just Bling Out my Nails with a Rose Gold theme.Im am so impressed with what Heidis CreativityI purposely waited a week to write my review, to see how my Gel Nails would withstand after a few days and how many compliments that I received from others.     First time going. When I run my three miles three days out of the week I run past the nail shop. Ive never seen up until today. I went in and I had my nails done and my feet done.     Heidi always does such an amazing job! She is very creative and detailed and takes her time on her work. She holds conversations and makes it a friendly environment with the rest of the team.     Binh tweety and Philly have been my go to for lashes and pedicures and nailed for 5 years!!! I am still coming for these services. They do an amazing job and I always recommend them to my friends.It’s funny seeing new random people come in and complain and complain. Their quality matches the prices that they put out for them. I have never been disappointed. I have moved 45 mins away and I still go bi weekly to get my services.

    Had Heidi do my nails about a week ago. Shes awesome! And very talented! Bihn is very attentive and concerned if clients are happy or not. I have an appointment with Heidi again on Monday and cant wait. Best part is they speak a d understand English and are up to date on all the latest nail trends!     I tell you this shop is great I dont miss an appointment the work is outstanding. I love the fact that when they are going on vacation or the shop will be close they let you know ahead of time. I love that I DONT GO anywhere else until they return the work is just that great. The staff is amazing in the artistic work willing to satisfy the customer at all means , its not about getting you in and out its about the customer will return. I cant praise this shop enough come check it out.     OMG if you’re looking for a calm, soothing atmosphere and super clean shop look no further. The owner and her entire staff are very knowledgeable in their field not only for nails but a variety of other beauty treatments. They offer helpful suggestions when you haven’t made up your mind so that you can make an informed decision. If you already know what you want they are extremely accommodating and offer top of the line products. My technician Tweety is so kind and patient and has an extraordinary attention to detail. I thought I was getting the celebrity treatment while I was there. My nails are perfect and they have my business for life. Do yourself a favor and check them out.     Although I have acrylic on my big toenails, I stated that I no longer want to continue to fill them in, so please just sand them down. That is not what I received. You can clearly see the lump in the toenail where the acrylic grew out. The pedicure it self was amazing though.

    This place is wonderful they are in high demand because their work is high quality they take their time oppose to other salons where you can walk in because they dont care about what they are doing to your nails.The salon is very clean has sanitizer machines for the pedicures tools the pedicure spa tubes are clean and sanitized daily . I have seen the sanitizing machine where they keep the tools. Every time I got there they take the tools out the sanitizing machine. They get inspected by the state . this is a salon that take pride in their work, they explain theall procedures and products they use. ECLAT nail spa cares about your nails I dont have indentions and brittle nails when I come here. My nails are the healthiest they ever been after getting them done here. If you want top notch quality work come here but make sure you make an appointment as I say before they are in high demand. But Ill wait for an appointment before Ill ever go anywhere else. I LOVE ECLAT NAIL SPA!! You can usually walk in for pedicures and manicures and just gel polish but if you want to be full set nails, eyelashes its best to make an appointment ahead of time, but some days you can get everything as a walk In. LOVE the way if they cant get you in they will give you a discount card to come back. LOVE this place.

    I am a new client. Originally, I was a little sceptical due to the area.But, it is in a nice revamped bank building.Clean. Friendly staff. They need a few more staff for the later afternoon influx. Waited 24 minutes in between services. However, it is Covid19 related.Warning: They take their time. So budget your time accordingly. Very thorough.I got a full-set, gel dipped acrylic and luxury gel pedi. $100.00.
