    The staff at Jax Nails and Spa have always been so friendly and courteous to me and my family. They even remember customers by name even when you have not been there for a while. I tried a nail salon closer to my home for a while and they just was not as great as Jax Nails and Spa. During my most recent visit, I brought my daughter because she needed her nails done for Prom. Sheena and Michael were able to make her nails EXACTLY what she wanted them to look like. Both my daughter and I were very pleased and impressed. I will return to Jax Nails and Spa very soon and continue to utilize their services!

    I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but yalllll, the massage I just received with my pedicure was so goood!!When I walked in, everyone spoke and with a smile. I was sat down immediately and my tech took his time and checked in with me throughout the experience. I will be back!

    Visiting from Tampa and bright to this wonderful place by my sister. They took great care if my nails and didnt drill my in oblivion which is very different from what Ive experience at other places.

    Sheena, Michael and the Pedicure Ladies are AMAZING!!!! I have been going to this shop for over 4 years. Never had an issue. They all greet me by name and actually talk to you during your service. Sheena does amazing eyelash strips, and brow tint. Always a happy customer. 😊

    I did something spontaneous since my daughter had been sleeping in the stroller. I got my feet done and nails done at Jax Nails Spa. It was later in the evening and still when I entered, I was helped right away. This is the first time Ive had a pedicure at the same time my nails were done. Kim is an exceptional nail tech that did the gel french tip on my feet while Cila focused on my French tip acrylics on my hands. My daughter woke up and they were most helpful as she wondered at the nail salon and looked to explore. I would recommend this nail salon to everyone looking to receive top tier service and a friendly and helpful customer experience. Thank you so much for accommodating myself and my daughter (2yrs old).

    Ive been going for 2 yrs and am happy here. Michael takes his time to make sure my nails are sealed to prevent any water getting under the nails. They have lots of colors to choose from.

    I just moved down the street and was hesitant to try a new nail place but I went for Mother’s Day and they delivered the best pedicure I’ve had in Jacksonville!! Dan was my guy and it was an amazing experience for a great price. They have my loyal business and can’t wait to come back again. Thanks again Jax Nails and Spa❤️

    I love Jax Nails! Im so glad to be reunited with Michael & Sheena. I saw them way back in the early & mid 2000s when they were at Regency. They were professional then and still now. Amazing nails & pedicures. Highly recommend them!!

    I have been coming here for over 10 years. I have brought friends , family, and will continue to. There staff is like family. They have always done a great job at what ever service I get. I highly recommend going to get any nail, toes, lashes etc..... done at this shop. Great place. Great service.

    I have been coming to this salon for about 5 years now , i have to say the service here is AMAZING !!!. Sheena is the best she does my eyebrows like no one can , i love their pedicures and affordable prices .

    This salon made me feel like a queen. I got a pedicure, full set and eyebrows done. Its hard to find a salon that will do my feet no problem. Kim understood about my feet, explained that she had the same issue and told me how to better take care of my feet as well. She made my feet look so good. Then Donna did my nails. She talked to me and asked me how I wanted to done and made me feel good. She did an excellent job. An the young lady who did my eyebrows was wonderful as well. I left there feeling really good and I definitely plan on coming back.

    Their customer service is great! They are very welcoming. Len and Donna have done my nails and I always get compliments on them! I especially like when Len does them, because she gives my nails a lot of attention. I would definitely recommend them! P.s. I always get gel nails, and they last, love it!!

    This was my 1st time visiting this salon and all I have to say is thank God! I was not disappointed miss Donna did my nails and gel Polish on my toes she was very kind and gentle with the drill she listened to what I asked and requested her to do she is also very quick but very neat! I will be visiting again ☺️

    Ive been going to Michael and Sheena (Jax nails) for a long time. I want to say over 5 years. Ive never had a complaint and they are always willing to fit me in as soon as they can even if I am just walking in. Just an over all great place to go too.

    I have been going to this nail salon for 15 years. Sheena is a magician on my eyebrows and my lash extensions are always Fantastic. No one here can top her on that and Mike is a Wonderful nail tech. No one else can do my nails, feet, eyebrows or lashes except Jax Nails❤️
