    I’m new to Florida and needed my nails filled in. They’re open til 20:00 which works perfectly for me. I came in around 18:45 and was started on instantly. The tech was quick and done a wonderful job. She was done by 19:30 and I was super happy. One of the best experiences and colors I’ve had. I don’t know how I ended up posting the review on a different company but I did. I apologize that the credit wasn’t placed here. I’m returning tonight to get them done again when I realize the review wasn’t here. I live only a mile away and it just makes life that much easier to come to a place that does such a perfect job and knows what I want. Thanks!

    Update: the women are absolutely incredible. Went above and beyond to make me feel like they wanted to fix the situation. She did the most beautiful work and I’m so happy with it! Thank you!!I usually have a decent time every time I’ve been there, but today was very upsetting. I came in and showed the man a picture of exactly what I wanted and throughout the whole experience I had to remind him and show him the picture again and again, and it was like he was getting very irritated. He then started rushing, and my nails are extremely thick with the acrylics. The left sides are thicker than the right sides of my nails. There is white paint down my fingers. I feel like I just wasted $70 and it’s very upsetting because I’ll have to get them redone anyway. The picture I showed had a design on two fingers and he decided that it would look better with a frenchtip and that is not what I asked for so I told him to forget the design altogether. I had already spoken up several times about it not being what I wanted and I was almost there for over two hours and was not happy that I paid for it anyway. I could tell he knew I was upset and I never should’ve been charged for something I never asked for that is not good work.

    This salon is beautiful and appears clean. They have good customer service although the length of your wait time can be long. It seems often they will get you started to keep you in the door when maybe it would be better to have you come back. Pedicures are pretty great there prices are a tad on the high side. I would recommend a weekday if possible. Weekends are pretty slammed. I have tried several places in the Oakleaf area and they are one of the best.

    I took my mom and sister with me to get our nails done for my graduation (1 full gel set and two gel manicures) Kelly was super nice and did amazing, helping me choose colors and explaining the difference between a coffin/almond shape etc. especially since it was my first time getting nails!     I love this place so much, I’ve been coming here for over a year and I’ve never complained and the staff are friendly. I’ve had pedicures here a few times, the massage chairs are very comfortable and the massages are amazing. I also have a full set of acrylic paints and they hold up very well.     I saw some bad reviews about them being rushed and such. I did not have that experience today. I got a Kings Pedicure. The scent of Jasmine wafted in the air, the relaxing massage was one of the best I have gotten. My toenails are currently drying so I will update of anything is bad in the next week, but from what I can tell this is one of the best places in Oakleaf. I had knowon for my technician. He was great.

    My sisters and I use to own a franchised nail salon for over ten years before throwing in the towel. I would say we are very familiar and experienced with the nail industry. Nevertheless, my sister does eyelashes part time and had quite a few customers go to King Palace Nails because they were satisfied with “Helen”. After hearing so much about her, I decided to take my visiting mother in law to get some service. I was finally able to meet the famous Helen. She was so sweet and thorough with her work! After about two hours of getting a soak off, full set, and upgraded pedicure- my mother in law was on cloud nine! Helen did an AMAZING job! I inspected her full set and as I predicated, it was flawless! Her skill in making her nails look natural was definitely noticeable. The drilling technique could only come from an expert! I’ve seen nails done too thick where there is a thick hump/curve in the middle. Since I prefer the flat, natural clean look, Helen perfected that look to the T!While waiting the last few minutes for my mother in law nails to dry, I was also taking notice of the gentleman working next to her desk. MY MIND WAS BLOWN, his skill in laying down the acrylic/gel powder was EXCELLENT too!! 😳😍I was in total shock! Does this location have MORE THAN ONE expert nail tech?! Lol surely they do! Thank God because if Helen is ever over booked, I know her neighbor nail technician is just as skilled!This will definitely be our go-to place where I know I can expect excellent service and results!

We have found several salons that didnt deserve the title, a few who did and two wonderful Salons that have deserved our long-term patronage.We went to GQ Nails in Orange Park for over 8 years until Covid caused our favorite to close,. They still had the Blanding Boulevard on Jacksonvilles West Side open. Unfortunately it is too far from Middleburg.We tried Escape in Middleburg for which I left a deserved, less than favorable review.*****We then found King Palace in Argyle. King Palace is spotless and does resemble a palace. Inlaid marble floors, extensive crown molding throughout.Their service is professional, they try very hard to please each individual. They have always remembered our names and how we prefer our nails done.Due to moderate - severe arthritis I am extremely sensitive to pain. I learned years ago to take extra meds. Our first appointment I explained this to Henry. I only reminded him one time since our 9 months attendance, he has obviously kept this in mind.We prefer SNS powder for our nails. Its practically indestructible with a high gloss shine.We always make an appointment and are seen on time. We always tip our nail technicians generously, they always deserve it.*****

    My husband by and I went in for a visit being new to the area and was greeted and Joey came over to do my pedi he offered wine and explained the different pedicures.I got the king package and he took his time and paid attention to my response with the massage. Then Joey did a full set he chatted with me the entire time there was no rushing. I will be back to see Joey.
