    My first visit and I had a great experience! I will definitely come here again the next time Im in Jacksonville. Prompt and courteous service. They take their time with each client and didnt rush. The shop was clean and pleasant smelling. I got a full set and eyebrow wax and am very pleased with both.

    I recently got my nails done at this salon. The ladies were very understanding and even helpful when my daughter began crying and screaming in her stroller while getting my nails done. The woman doing my nails had her associate come over to finish quickly as she proceeded to walk my daughter up and down the store until she fell asleep. My nails turned out great. Dip powder, black, with tips put on for $50. Perfect shape, only thing is some cracks, which could be from anything. I highly suggest this nail salon for your care needs.

    Good atmosphere, great customer service. The gentleman took his time on my nails. I am happy with the result and would return. My nails are straight and the polish is smooth. No bumps or ridges plus, the overall application is not thick.They said they are under new management. I had never been to establishment before though. During covid mask must be worn or they will provide one.

    Excellent almost every time. Im a regular, I only had one bad mani, I came back a day or two later and was immediately fixed. Nothing can be perfect 100% of the time, but they are honorable and do great work.

    I had gotten my nails done 2 weeks ago at a different salon and they didnt look good, there was stuff left on the bottom side of my nails, they were too thick, and they had already started to lift. So,I looked online and found this place, they mostly good reviews so I decided to try them out. Not only did they clean the bottom side of my nails, but they refined the shape and made them look like they should have. My nails look beautiful, theyre smooth and clean, the acrylic is thinner and smoother. I will be going back to them when I need my nails done. An added bonus is they were reasonably priced.

    This is by far the best spot in this area. Ive tried at least 7 other locations. I can say Ive found only one that is better, but their price reflects it. Lovely Nails is where you get your bang for your buck. They never let me down.Update 10/2022 honestly Id drop my rating down to a 3.5. Seems theyve changed staff or ownership? Service has not been consistently great at all. Im back to checking other locations.

    Me, my mother & my sister-in-law got our nails done here for the first time today. Let me just say, they did an AMAZING job. Now, this is the only place we will be going to get our nails and feet done. The customer service was top-notch. The place was very clean & the environment was relaxing as well. They also have a nail tech that can do any kind of art or design on your nails that you desire. She can even do 3D art & designs. If you come to this place, trust me this will be the only place you’ll go to get your nails done also. Best in JAX.

    HelloI came in for a nail removal and reapply full set dip with tips and a gel pedicure. Tech took her time and was gentle. She perfected my nails and toes. I loved my services and I will be back in two weeks.

    This was our first time visiting this nail salon. The staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. Hubby tends to have really rough heels. He says his heels are now the smoothest he can remember. I think he likes the massage chair too since he dozed off. 😆 Definitely will use them again.

    The best nail tech I’ve been to hands down. She takes her time with whatever service she is providing. There is no such thing as a rush job with her. She’s a perfectionist. She literally makes you feel at home and treats you as such. No complaints. Never late. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. I can’t compliment this place enough

    Needed a new nail shop so I decided to give them a try. Im not disappointed Kevin has been awesome kind and friendly since the moment I walked in (3 fill-ins and a full set ago). He listened to what I wanted and like and always checks along the way that Im happy with the services. Good friendly conversation remembers that I work at night and makes sure to call me by the name I sign in with. The fact that he took the time to walk over read it then used it throughout the service speaks volumes. And YES HE ALWAYS DOES A AWESOME JOB!!!!

    My wife had a Mani/Pedi done from here for the first time and I loved it , my wife also loved the results and the whole experience.She picked the gel for her nails and that was a 1st also. It was the best choice cause you ask her about them and right away she has a big smile on her face which to me say it ALL!

    Came in for a nail rescue from SNS. Previous salon did a horrible job and never gave me a manicure before doing the dipnails. Lovely nails gave me a wonderful manicure, and was willing to experiment with color. I got the holographic mirror powder it is absolutely beautiful. I am very happy.

    I absolutely love each service provided today. Mani Pedi and wax. Tom did a great job. Don’t let those negative reviews fool you. I’m still amazed by how neat my polish is and they have the most beautiful colors for fall season.

    Lyia is the best! I always get custom nails with different styles and/or designs and she does a beautiful job. Sometimes I show her the pictures of what I want done with the expectation that no one can do that exactly because they are difficult. Lyia never disappoints. I walk out of there beyond happy with my nails.

    Today was my first visit to this salon. They just opened about two months ago. The salon is clean and reasonably priced. There is no chemical smell in the air. They gave me a punch card to get a free pedi after 10 visits.I plan to go back to them again.

    Kevin gave the BEST pedicure I have ever had! The scrub, the moisturizing, the massage. Every step along the way felt amazing. This was my first visit and I plan on coming back to get my 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th pedicure :) Thank you again, Kevin!

    The staff was welcoming and polite. I went at 4 on a Friday afternoon. I waited less than 15 minutes. She was very gentle, took her time and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend them!

    Me and one of my besties had to be banished from a Bridal Shop so we decided to get pedicures. The staff welcomed us with open arms with the scent of jasmine in the air. After picking our colors from the wall of hundreds of shades of gloss, acrylics, and glitter we were rushed off to our massage chairs. With the power button pressed on points of precision rolled over sore muscles from neck to thighs. While my feet were percolating in the foot bath I recieved a complimentary beverage. I scanned the menu that was full of choices for a fun spa adventure. I selected a peppermint scrub and the nail technician checked in to make sure my session was perfect and that things were up to my standards. Loved the ankle massage and the cooling effects from the peppermint. Jacksonville is lucky to have Lovely Nails.

    I was recommended to go here and I am very glad i did, My services today along with the friendliness and outcome of my nails but i do believe they makeup prices as they go and i did have to ask guy to change his gloves he came to polish my toes with the same gloves he used to polish the other lady toes I probably wont comeback because of that
