    I went there to get a pedicure with gel polish, and gel polish French tip on my normal nail. I was very satisfied with the results! My only tiny complaint is the $20 charge up for gel. Other places I’ve gone to is like $15 max.

    I saw the salon running an errand and I stopped in without an appointment for a pedicure . It was a very nice experience. I had a pleasant surprise when they were offering 20% off services so I splurged for designs too!

    I brought my friend and my grand niece here for pedicures. We had a great time and the service was wonderful. Even the child pedicure was done very well. If you go to their web page and provide your email address you can get a discount if youre a first time customer. I visit Jax about once a year and I will come back to this spa on my next visit. Oh, I also had a manicure and got a buff shine instead of color. I appreciated that they had the buffer for that.

    Ive had three wonderful experiences at Mani Pedi Spa. Tina has done a wonderfully meticulous job each time. She has a steady hand and a great eye for detail. Shes very friendly and we have nice conversation without interrupting the relaxation that happens as well. The salon is clean and my Manicures last a lot longer than any other salon Ive tried. Very happy with my experience.

    I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I had only gotten pedicures/manicure a few times before and that was from a friend. This was my first visit to an actual salon. I was given a water as soon as I walked in and immediately a basin was prepared to me to soak my feet. Soon I was greeting by Leidy with a lovely smile and hello. I told her I didnt do this often and she said she would take care of me. The pedicure went well and when done she gave me slippers to walk over to the manicure. She took her time and made sure I was completely satisfied. I will be sure to ask for Leidy again.

    Clean. The professionals were very nice and did a good job. My lady seemed very shy about scrubbing my skin too much or going under my nails. She was very gentle.

    The only reason they get four stars is because I waited at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, but I was very pleased with the services and will definitely be back. My French nails wonderful.

    I was immediately helped when I arrived for my appointment. Kai was the one who did my gel manicure and pedicure. He did an incredible job, really took his time to carefully cut, file and clean before applying gel polish, very professional. I have had other people do my nails here before and they are all incredibly talented. Highly recommend this place!

    God bless their technical knowledge and jovial environment. A Jacksonville gem. I would frequent here more often if I lived in Jacksonville but unfortunately for my nails I do not. I recommend making an appointment beforehand!

    I had a great first experience at Mani Pedi Spa. The salon was bright, open, and clean. The techs were friendly and professional. I got a Mani and Pedi with gel polish for both. Tina performed all services and was both efficient and meticulous. I also like that I wasnt shuffled between different techs. My nails look great and are holding up extremely well after almost a week. I will definitely be back.

    As soon as we walked in, we were greeted, admittedly. The place smelled nice and was very clean. Thao did my pedicure and was so nice and friendly. I would go to her again. My mom got a manicure and was drying her nails and messed two up. I mentioned it to Thao and she came right back with my moms color and took the polish off and redid her nails, and was so kind to her even though she didnt do her manicure. The prices are good for being in Mandarin and for such a nice shop. I will be back.

    Walked in after work on a Friday for a much needed pedicure. Was able to sign in on the kiosk for faster service and only waited 5 minutes. The massage was absolutely amazing! I had sore muscles from my constant workouts and now they are gone! Relaxed with wine and good company I didnt want to leave. Going back tomorrow for a manicure. This is my new spot 😊.

    The service was good and friendly (i live in dc so comparatively it was cheap as well), but i had to get a broken nail fixed and in dc they fix a nail by putting a coat of dip on before doing my usual gel polish, it’s a lot more secure to keep it from breaking again. here she only used some nail glue to fix and it’s already broken again less than a week later

    Linda is amazing! This nail 💅 shop is the best. Very friendly and professional! Rare gem 💎 & glad I was recommended coming here. Love the family/friend environment. Linda spoke with me like she had known me for years. She did a wonderful job and I love the hand massages. My gel nails are on point and the color pops with my skin tone.     I scheduled an appointment for today to get nails done and I had to call to reschedule my appointment and they happily agreed they could do them earlier! I got rainbow acrylics and they turned out amazing!! I’m obsessed with them!My nail tech was Nary and she was beyond amazing and polite and was a great conversationalist! It was nice and empty in their place due to them only taking appointments during COVID, which made me feel nice and safe :). Would definitely recommend!! I mean I live all the way across town from this place and just happened to be in the area. So if that means anything you should try them out!

    Ive been a client here for awhile. I love this place. They make you feel welcomed. Give you conversation. My most favorite guy there is Cai. Hes awesome with my nails. Hes pays attention to detail and knows his stuff. Definitely try him out but dont take my space and time with him🙂.Keep doing your thing Tommy.

    I scheduled an appointment yesterday for today at noon. The staff promptly greeted me, and Kai took wonderful care of me. I had a bruise and gash on my knuckle from boxing and he was careful not to disturb it, and he was fun to chat with. My pedicure was the 💣 and I felt like a new person leaving. I’m new to the area and this spa is by far the best that I have found in the Mandarin area for manis and pedis. Thanks guys!

    Excellent experience!! I made an appointment with Tommy and he did a perfect job. Easy to talk to so there werent awkward silences while my nails were getting worked on. Very detail oriented and went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. Wonderful atmosphere! Highly recommend going here!

    I had a wonderful first experience here. Peezy was the best. Literally one of the first pedis Ive EVER had where I chatted with the technician the entire time. We talked about many similar interests , like old friends catching up. It was so refreshing! So on top of a perfect pedicure, I had a great conversation which turned my day right around. Such a warm and inviting atmosphere. I will be back!

    I went Saturday with my daughter and infant and was very pleased with the new management! My daughter and I had a great time and when my infant woke up during my manicure, several of the workers helped with him so I could finish! It was so nice. I will definitely be back!

    Just moved to Jax from ATL. Ladies, we all know how hard it is to find a good nail salon. Mani Pedi was the first nail salon I came to, and I am hooked. The staff is so friendly, and my nail tech took his time with my SNS! They offered refreshments, and even asked what my boyfriend and I wanted to watch on TV. The salon also uses liners for pedicures which I really appreciate. It is a ways away from our house, but defiantly worth the drive. Tommy, Linda, Kai- thank you for all your help. You guys are awesome!
