    I loveeeee Ny Nails . They are professional sanitary gentle and the quality of the nails are amazing . I work a very demanding job and my nails last throughout the course of a month or until i decide to soak them off . I always get compliments on my nails and asked where i go . The prices aren’t outrageous or overpriced for the quality . I feel at home every visit . The owner is so sweet and understanding if you ever want to spark a conversation while getting your nails finessed he is down to listen . I am a proud costumer of ny nails and i never leave feeling unsatisfied with their work or services they guarantee your happy . What are you doing book your appointment and be your most beautiful self with a set of killer nails .

    Coco is the best! I dont have to get a fill for 4-5 weeks and they last forever! Shes also very friendly and nice. Will definitely continue coming to NY Nails to see her and the rest of the staff whom are also very kind!

    This was the first time Ive been here. The staff are very nice and polite. Hugh did a great job. Im very satisfied with his service. Would recommend if you want good service and a reasonable price!!

    Hugh and his staff at NY Nails are great at what they do! They accept walk-ins, but appointments are definitely the best way for you to get in and out. Their prices are competitive,but their service is above standard. NY Nails is the only salon I trust with creative license for my nails and feet.

    Hugh was amazing. The environment was fun and welcoming. Even got my hubby his first pedicure. My new favorite spot in jacksonville. You could hang out all day there. Perfect customer service. Well price and filled with talent!

    Every time i visit N.Y it’s an amazing experience, this time around I went out of my comfort zone with this incredible pedicure. Thank you staff For Always Maintaining Professionalism and Humble Environment. As a plus I also enjoyed myself with complementary Red wine 🍷 with my sister ♥️ Cheers!

    This was my daughter and I, first time coming to this salon. We came in two pedicures and the wait was a little longer than we were told, but they really made up for it. They did amazing on our toes, they are super friendly and made us feel so comfortable and made us want to come back. The salon is so beautiful inside. Best salon experience ever! Definitely would recommend coming here!!!!!! I loved it!

    Deann did my nails. She explained to me the process for the nail style I wanted. I was in town visiting and changed my style. The owner and Deann were very nice and professional. I loved the atmosphere and their energy. I will be visiting Jacksonville more and will definitely go back to see Deann again for my nails

    The (new) owner has totally redone the interior and it is very nice. All the techs are very friendly and skilled. A regular manicure is $20 with gel polish. Its a couple of dollars more than some places but less than some others I have been to. Its a nice place so its worth it to me.

    Everyone was nice and courteous...the owner was very attentive to everything and jumped in when necessary. Alot of the customers are regulars and has a good relationship with the staff. David was very sweet with a bubbly personality, he went above & beyond to make sure I was happy, and did a great job on my nails! 🙂

    Hugh is the bomb! He’s been doing my nails the past two years. And I learned not everyone and do what I want unless I make an appointment with him. He is extremely busy so make sure you book in advance . Highly recommend. I get so many compliments when he does them !

    Amazing work. I’ve been getting my nails done for 16yrs and my tech recently moved. I am very particular about my nails and this salon did not disappoint. Work is top notch, prices are beyond reasonable, and above all the techs are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

    I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! They do all nail shapes, all designs, rhinestones, gel nails, powder nails....you name it! Whether you want basic polish or super fancy nails, they aim to please! Their customer service is top notch as well. I have been going every two weeks religiously and have never had a bad experience!

    Hugh and his staff are friendly and accommodating. Walked in for a pedicure without an appointment. It was busy but only had to wait 15 minutes. Leslie who did my pedicure was proficient and gentle. The chair gave a nice massage too (my favorite part).

    Ive been going to this salon for over a decade - thru a few ownership changes, renovations, etc.The current owner is nice and has a great relationship with his clients. Im not super regular, but they know me by face now.I do basic pedicures and either gel or SNS dip manicures. I see David who is young and super upbeat. He has great stories and ideas for colors and designs. Hes still learning so isnt always perfect, but his next door neighbor at the counter watches and helps when needed.Ive never been disappointed in my nails from here.

    Favorite place in Jax, used to go all the time a year ago. Just came back and they’re still amazing, funniest staff everyone’s really enjoyable to be around here and the quality of service is always top tier. Beautiful salon too

    They offer very reasonable pricing. I have been going here to get my nails done for probably close to the last 6 or 7 months and in that time Ive only had one issue and with my nails not lasting. I get the SNS powder dip. The staff is friendly.

    Love coming here! I always leave happy and will always return. They do a great job. You can get true almond shaped nails here as to coffin and stilettos... Today I did RED for Remember Everyone Deployed for our service members. Dyan & Hugh are my favorites! (Ferrari Red Gel)

    David is always above professional, happy and caring. Everyone is pleasant and polite, with many color (including gel) polishes available. This is the best place for all types of nails, would recommend this place above all others.

    Love their service nice sweet and funny the lady that did my nails was fast and they look amazing the color is on point and soooooo pretty they also did my moms pedicure and it was quick and cheap unlike the previous places i’ve gone to love them so much for sure coming back. thanks NY nails ❤️❤️💋

    I love Hugh,Kim,David and Wen!!!!!! I go every blue moon because sometimes they are booked and my work schedule doesnt agree but this is my go to place when I want to get SLAYED!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every time I go im welcomed with a smile. Also,Check out Boba Tea like a door or two down their papaya smoothies are bomb! Sip and get Slayed.
