If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Great clean new salon. Will be coming here from now on! Melissa did my nails and she was attentive and listened to what I wanted. After she was done and she went home ( it was after close ) I was waiting for my sister to finish we noticed the gold nail had a weird green tint to it. So Amanda who did my sisters nails filed it off and redid it with the regular gold and really made me feel like they cared about my nails looking good and that I liked them. Both artists are great!

I booked an appointment with Amanda for today and I am extremely happy with my services. The salon is clean, upscale, with a very welcoming environment. During my service I was educated on nail health which I loved. I rebooked my next appointment before leaving! She shaped my nails perfectly and the polish was very clean. 10/10

This new place is very beautiful! They have lots of beautiful colors to choose from and they do regular nail polish!The chairs are brand new and comes with a charger for your phone (must have the special case though). They offer complimentary beverages such as water and Coke.Its a bit pricey but they are worth it.

Mrs. Kim was wonderful. She did my mani and pedi..and also an awesome massage.. Thank you so much.. Grand opening I spent 90.00...amd got back 90.00 in vouchers for my next service.. Also. They had raffles and food

Amazing experience. Got pedicures and nail extensions and got exactly what I envisioned! Jon was amazing but really all the staff was great. Everything was clean and I will come here from now on!!

My first experience with this salon was disappointing due to some miscommunication and mishandling. I sent photos of a Gel-X set I wanted and was quoted $80 by Amanda before booking an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I called to see if Amanda could take me earlier, only to find out she had gone home sick and my appointment wasn’t on the books, which is why I hadn’t been notified. While disappointing, I rebooked for the next day and was told I’d be contacted if Amanda wasn’t available.The next day, I received a message saying Amanda was still out, but another tech, Heather, could do a less intricate design. I agreed to come in, and Heather was very sweet and worked on the set I had originally sent photos of. However, at checkout, I was charged $145 instead of the quoted $80. When I explained the discrepancy, I was told the price could only be reduced if the nail details were removed. Not wanting to cause a scene, I paid the total and tipped Heather 20%.The next day, the salon reached out to apologize for the mishandling. They explained that I should have been given a price upfront at the salon to avoid surprises. They offered a partial refund and to fix some small issues with my set, which I appreciated. I plan to return after my vacation to see Amanda and give the salon another chance, as I understand mistakes happen. Thank you for reaching out and working to make things right!

The salon itself deserves five stars and so do the services offered! The atmosphere is very pleasing and the experience is delightful. Nam is my go to but Ive seen the art of other nail techs there and its been great! I always look forward to my appointments.

Tried this place at the new location on Normandy today. It is very clean, extremely well staffed and the service was very good. I will say, if you are in a hurry you might want to change your appointment and give yourself more time. The young lady who did my pedicure was extremely meticulous and did a marvelous job. I could see the other customers were getting the same service I was. I will be back.

Amazing location. Staff is very attentive to details and show concern for your wants and needs. Lena did awesome with my pedicure and will definitely come back. Amanda is hands down Amazing in all that she does. If you havent been here yet, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!? You wont be disappointed!!!

This place is so beautiful and relaxing! I got the royal pedicure and it was worth every penny. My dip powder manicure came out perfect AND I LOVE that their products are clean, non toxic.

Great service, amazing attention to detail. Clean facility and very comfortable massage chairs. They don’t use any acrylic or damaging products so the shop didn’t smell like acetone and chemicals. Highly recommend!

The cleanliness is amazing in here. Its attention to detail and customer service is amazing. It’s a little on the pricer side but it’s the cleanest nail salon I’ve probably seen in years. I can’t wait to try a pedicure and a head spa treatment. I almost fell asleep just getting a fill in. ❤️😴

PHENOMENAL experience!!! There’s no strong acrylic smell when walking into the salon, very welcoming. My family & I came to get our feet done and it was the best choice to come here. We had John, Minh, Mai, & Nam. They did a breakdown about any questions we had. The best part was the eye mask and massage. It felt like heaven. Definitely will be back. P.S they also have drinks to offer and have a wireless charger for your phone.
