My nail person was John he did amazing. Don’t steal him but I’m coming to him every single time. He was super accommodating, he even helped translate for my mom that wanted to alter her nail design. He was great!

Nails done by Lily, very talented artist and wonderful staff.This was my first time attending this salon and it exceeded my expectations. It was clean, the staff was polite and overall, I had a great experience getting my nails done. Lily is the nail artist who did my nails and she did a fabulous job. As someone who always like to try out different designs I was happy that I was able to find a talent nail artist such as herself.

First time trying this salon and it was a great experience. Salon was very clean and professional. I had NaNa as my technician and she was AMAZING! She knows what she’s talking about and will be honest with you and make sure you leave that salon a happy customer. She’s very precise and care about the work she put out. What did it for me was I was able to catch them when they have a dip powder promotion for only $28! Definitely will be a returning customer. Thanks NaNa!

Tim did an excellent job with my manicure. I did overlay with pink powder because I prefer a natural look. He was very attentive every step of the way. He was gentle and made sure the finished look was exactly what I wanted. Ken also did a great job, the leg massage felt so good, water, stones, and towels were perfectly hot. This place looks beautiful, smells good, and is very clean. The owners/managers even checked in with us to see how the service was going. Very good people overall! 10/10 10 starsss!!

Took my 10 yr old for mani and pedi today. This was the best service we have had in Jacksonville! Had both done at the same time. Only thing I’d change is if they could swap sides when doing hands, so we aren’t leaning over the entire time. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff were very kind. They didn’t make us feel rushed.

Roxy did an excellent job on my nails. I love the natural look. The atmosphere is so beautiful and relaxing. Everyone is personable to the customers which makes for an enjoyable experience. They have extra chairs for pedicures that would accommodate large parties. Excellent upgrades for great customer service.

Everyone was very friendly and my toes and lashes look great. In particular, I have COPD and the acetone/polish agitate my breathing and laying flat on my back to get lashes together can make me cough frequently. Despite this, my lash tech was able to make my lashes look great and was very patient with me!

They are the best they will even build you a toenail if you need one don’t ask me how I know and they also customize designs for your nails or toenails. NaNa is my favorite pedicuristress ever. I came in primarily because an ingrown toenail had been bothering me for a long time and with tenderness but surgical precision, she restored my feet to a “functional” status. I can now walk without every step feeling like tiptoeing through barbed wire. Na Na is kind, considerate, proficient and professional. If she weren’t already married, I’d start her alimony checks right away. Please go see this woman at Newnem Nail Bar (the Avenues, Jax, FL) for the best experience your feet will ever have. Na Na- you are the best!!
