New Graduate here !!! I just want to give a huge shout out to the entire staff at Parisian Spa, down to every instructor and office administrator!!I truly loved my experience here at school. They care so much about the success of each student, everyone is kind and encouraging. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to get into the field of cosmetology, esthetician, massage, nail technician & more. I met lots of great friends in the time that I was there that made my experience even more memorable. School was so fun that it made my time there go by so quickly over all 10/10❕

I want to give a huge shout-out to Brittany H. from the night class at Parisian Spa Institute! My teen daughter wanted what she called a wolf cut. I had no idea what that was, but Brittany was fantastic. She took the time to look at the photos my daughter showed her, and the result was absolutely perfect. Brittanys skill and attention to detail were impressive, and my daughter is thrilled with her new hairstyle. She may have just made a lifelong customer out of us! I would highly recommend Brittany H. to anyone looking for a great stylist.

This place is amazing! The staff is extremely professional and friendly, and once a student passes, they have great connections to get them to where they want to be in the working world. They provide excellent world-class services to guests and students learn by visual and hands on methods guided by their instructors. It’s a great place for a students to learn proper communication skills as well when dealing with clients. The client is always our first priority! I encourage anyone interested in the world of aesthetics to check The Parisian Spa Institute out. I would say it’s one of the best in the southeast. 😍😍😍

Went to Parisian Spa for my kids hair cuts the other night and Brittany H did amazing with all of the cuts and my husbands beard. I booked an appointment with her for color for myself and she did absolutely amazing yet again. I initially chose this school for laser hair removal and electrolysis because it worked well with my schedule as class is only one day a week. The program is affordable and I can wholeheartedly say I’ve learned SO much. Miss Linda and Miss Antea are very experienced in their craft and it shows in their teaching.

Parisian spa is the place to go for professional hair salon care and it is a very professional atmosphere and the students are always great. So glad I was recommended there. Angelia was magnificent with my hair treatment and I left out looking fabulous and feeling great. They are located on Riverside Avenue and you will not be disappointed!😆🙌🏽

Mrs.Z, Ms.Diana, and the esthetician instructors are nothing short of amazing! They have worked with me and pushed me to make something from myself, and have helped me TREMENDOUSLY! Because of this school, and those ladies, I don’t know if I would have pushed myself enough to finish with everything going on in my life outside of school. They wouldn’t let me quit and I will FOREVER be grateful for them. Front office staff is definitely superior.

I went to this institute today for a shampoo haircut and blow dry. I received all that and great service, compliments and a beautiful haircut. I really loved how involved the teacher and other students were with each other and it was very informative. I havent had a real haircut in about a year and havent been to a salon in about 10 years! I was nervous at first but everybody was so kind and honestly putting me to sleep! I cant wait to come back to try other services.

I got a massage today , I had a hoot reading some reviews people left but they felt like Karens, the faculty was welcoming. Friendly , smiles all around. Was awkward going in as Ive never had one before but the girl I had made everything feel not awkward. Im a server and my body always hurts so I feel blessed to find this place that I can afford , I will be a regular here for sure .I saw reviews saying it reeks of nail polish remover- can confirm that it DOES NOT . It smelled totally normal in there. Some people just have to complain. Thanks!

My mother, sister, and I have been getting aesthetic services here for years from lasers, RF, light therapy, and microneedling. I could not recommend Parisian Spa Institute enough! I’m always greeted by such a kind, wonderful staff and Linda who treats us is amazing. She delivers quality treatments unmatched by other med spas yet her services are extremely affordable. We have only ever had a positive experience here and I’ve happily referred many of my friends and acquaintances to Linda!

I keep coming back again and again. I also continue to bring out of town guests and referring locals . Mia is an INCREDIBLE massage therapist. I know I have left a review for her before but any chance I get, I will leave her a review! Her instructor should be commended. And now I have started getting facials ,which I have never received before. Aja is AMAZING and SO SWEET! Her instructor should also be commended. I have interacted with her instructor before also and she is very accomodating and proud of her students. I have also had my hair trimmed and I REALLY WISH I could remember her name but she did an incredible job. I am going to be trying my first ever pedicure this Friday, bringing some out of town guests for some services. This is Jacksonvilles hidden treasure. Spa services for a FRACTION of the cost. And you are helping students get the hours they need to be licensed. Keep up the good work Parisian!!

I have had a few massages and facials at this Institute. And everytime it is amazing! Recently I booked a 60min Swedish massage with Tee! Her personality and vibes are top tier, she was so professional and outgoing. Her voice was so soothing with the soft music sounds. I didn’t feel like my experience or service was being rushed, she took her time and smoothed out everything! I forgot I was at a school, I honestly felt like I was at a professional workplace. This school is doing wonderful teaching/training! I highly recommend Tee and this school to anybody looking for a service! I will be booking again.

I had a massage done by Amy. She was amazing!!! Not only did I get a massage, she also healed my energy with some Raki massage. Amy made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Normally when I get massages at other places, my mind does not stop thinking but Amy made my mind completely blank. I was so relaxed. Parisian has the best massage teacher and students. I will definitely be referring friends and family for massages here.

(Mrs.Lisa & Ms.Vee) When we’re learning they go into dept details so we understand better & when we need help with something they’re always there to assist us. Even on days where things were rough at the school you’d never see them upset . They always have a positive attitude & never any negativity.. & I also wanna thank the rest of the staffs for being great 🫶🏽.

I went to Parisian spa and obtained my esthetician license. Ms V and Ms Lisa are very knowledgeable of what they are teacher and made me feel confident about going into the field. Afterwards, I was accepted in the electrolysis program where I am currently working on becoming an Electrologist. Ms Linda and Antea are a dynamic duo making sure I am set up for success to take my boards! They hold me to a high standard, I am nothing but grateful for the opportunity and overall experience. Schools like this are a rare find!

I have always had the best service at Parisian Spa Institute. The room is filled with positive energy as students learn under careful supervision. I have had facials, pedicures, massage and my hair done at Parisian. My hair was done yesterday (10/22/21) after much consideration and procrastination (which was a mistake on my part). Kim gave careful instruction on how to guide me with hair color (I am a cool, so I need a warm color.) NO ONE has ever told me this before and I had blonde or platinum highlights previously that washed out my skin tone and made me look older and tired. I walked out with gorgeous color, the correct tone of highlights and a sharp new cut that took years off of my appearance. It may take longer due to instruction, but you get the care and guidance that best suits YOU. After all, that is what you are seeking and paying for so take the time and allow students to learn a trade that will satisfy their clients in years to come. It is so worth it. Thank you Kim (instructor) and Oneida (student) for an incredible experience. I’ll be back! A note to anyone reading this: this is a teaching facility so please expect an investment of your time for instructions to be given and students to be very detail oriented as they learn and strive for perfection for their client. They deserve the chance to learn! I absolutely love every service that I have had at Parisian and look forward to my next visit!

I had a very pleasant experience. There was no issue with the groupon, there was a good vibe, and my tech was awesome.Precious is sweet, caring, gentle and meticulous with doing nails. (I had mine done in a very subtle, soft pink, lovely).Shes a pleasure to speak with, even as I am an introvert, as she listens and offers valuable opinions.Now, I would suggest they get more colors in the gel polish.Otherwise, you cant go wrong with this place.

I am a student here getting my Esthetician license. I came to this school out of recommendation from my Esthetician and I’m so glad I did. I have had Ms. V and Ms. Lisa as my teachers and they have both been so helpful. Ms. V was my teacher for the 1st half of my education and just in the basics of the class I learned so much. I thought because I have always been in the beauty world I knew everything, I was wrong. Ms. V has taught me so much just in the reason a product is used or application of a product. Ms. Lisa has been my teacher for the 2nd half of my education and just in the few days of having her as my teacher, again, I have learned so much. The more in depth treatments seemed very intimidating but when Ms. Lisa went through the steps explaining the why, what, and how, it made sense and now I am not as intimidated by these treatments/services. I see myself achieving my goals in the next few years because of my teachers and I can’t thank them enough.

The staff was fantastic as well as the experience. My facial professional Jazmin G was wonderful with my facial and the price was very reasonable for the services provided. The facilities could stand to do a bit of renovation to increase the ambiance but overall I am certainly pleased with my visit there, especially my facial expert Jazmin who was always smiling and personable, providing exceptional service to me, making me feel very at home in her hands. What a great positive and uplifting attitude she had, and that makes a difference to me.

It feels like the real deal like you are really working for a salon and I love that it feels like the real world. Jason and Zee are great and very attentive and make sure you have everything you need and make sure you know what is going on at all times. I am glad to be attending. Parisian Spa Institute is an amazing school! From the services that are offered, the great prices, and awesome staff. The owner of the school is always going above and beyond for the students and clients. I try to get my nails, facials and massages at least twice a month. The owner Ms.Linda is so sweet and is always doing something fun for the students. Some students are more advanced than others based on when they start their program, but they all leave feeling confident and like superstars when they graduate. I recommend everyone to check out all the services the school offers and they’ll end leaving like a Queen/ King.

I love this place for any services, i took my mom here for a massage and randomly asked for a pedicure but they were kind enough to give me the service without any appointment and they were really sweet about it even though it was closing time and they were busy. Love this place! I was on travel from GA and needed a few things taken care of so I decided to check the institute out. The prices are awesome and the students and staff were very respectful. I got a full set of nails and haven’t put my hands down yet. I’m constantly showing them off and I’ve had plenty of compliments. I also had my underarms waxed, which turned out really great. The instructors Ms.Erica (both of them) are amazing and they helped the students professionally complete my services with ease. I’m looking forward to going back for more! I truly enjoyed my experience at this school. I was in the evening classes, and it was truly like a family. There was only about 4-5 students in the evening, which meant loads of one on one learning with our instructor. I was in the skin program, and my teacher, Ms. Hill is such an inspiration - she is so knowledgeable and uplifting to all of her students. I learned so much from her in my time at the school and am so thankful for her support and words of inspiration.I also love how the owner of the school, Ms. Linda, continuously tries to improve the atmosphere, the services and advanced classes offered. There are great step by step details, items to purchase, consultation forms I could use for my clients and so much more. Ms. Daisy also did an amaaazzinnggg job teaching the Brazilian wax training. The class was very hands on as well and I left feeling very confident about prepping for a Brazilian wax, conducting and even tips to give my future clients for at home care prior to and post wax. Ive been coming to Parisian Spa Institute for so long that it feels like the owner and staff are family. The owner is such an amazing woman and should have a business academy where others can learn from her. She does so much for people and has helped many in their time of need. She doesnt brag or record what she does for others so that goes unnoticed. A lot of her staff have been with her a very long time so that speaks for itself. Its bothersome how some people live just to post negative reviews about businesses. This is a school where students want to be successful in a field they are passionate about. So if there are any issues or concerns, call the school and attempt to resolve the matter before posting a negative review. The same people that try to harm the reputation of a business will understand one day if they ever make it to own thier own business. Its hurtful to any business that they werent given the opportunity to resolve the issue. I recommend the school to everyone and I tell people, dont go off the reviews since some are just hateful lies. I tell people give them a chance and make your judgements based on your experience. PSI is a great school and the services offered are amazing and so affordable.

I was a student here who recently graduated from the cosmetology program. As someone who had no experience with dealing with a post high school education institute there was a bit of learning curve and I quickly realized that there was quite a bit that I had to bug the front office about when it came to making sure I had all of my supplies and on time, they enroll new students every month so they have a million different things to keep track of at one time but a quick conversation before I started class in the evenings or over the phone before I headed to school went a long way. My skin kit was late and missing a few products but I was told it was because of the distributor and once brought to their attention they did what they could to remedy the situation. Other than that the instructors and administrators were absolutely incredible, wonderful people who have helped me beyond the scope of my future career in the beauty industry and I’m forever grateful for their patience and guidance!

Im there every other week for my mani/pedi!! (Ive gotten my hair cut and dyed a few times as well) Nice atmosphere, not crowded or loud, fun music playing-the only thing missing are massage pedi chairs!! 😉😋The instructors are very much a part of every service going on, constantly checking in and guiding the students if need be. The nail instructor is amazing (and hilarious)! She knows what shes doing, guides her students with ease and runs the show! Does it take a little longer than if I went to a regular salon? Sometimes, but theyre students! And for me, the atmosphere makes it worth it.

I am so excited to start my education and training at Parisian Spa Institute. I’m so glad I found them and got accepted. They have offered to help towards my tuition by allowing me the opportunity to a grant and that is the kindest thing I’ve come across. Parisian is the only beauty school in Jax to give grants and I’m so thankful for mine.

I completed the massage and skin care programs at Parisian, and attended for a total of 14 months. I very much enjoyed my time as a student here. After trying and failing numerous times to go the traditional college route, I decided to give beauty school a try. And I’m so glad I did. The administration is incredibly hands on. At any time of the day or week I could walk into the office and speak to any of them. Unlike my attempts at the universities, where I had to schedule an appt or take a number and wait for hours. They knew my name, where I personally stood in all stages of acquiring my licenses, and what my next step was. Their guidance was invaluable to me, as I was especially ignorant to the financial aid process. Ms. Linda (the owner), Ms. Isabelle and Mr. Gavin (fin aid/admin) were all very kind and helpful to me. Ms. Linda is an intense person, yes. But she’s running a business and I learned a lot from her. There are two sides to her intensity. If you’re willing to help yourself, she will bend over backwards to help you. Mr. Gavin and Ms. Isabelle have an insane amount of patience and are great at resolving issues quickly. Mr. Robert, the massage instructor, is an excellent teacher. There is A LOT to learn when studying the human body. But his passion for science and the way he explains and structures the course material makes it manageable. Ms. Dyrinda was my esthetics instructor. I loved how she applied her many years of real world experience to her curriculum. This lady could be a motivational speaker; her lectures are fun and inspiring. She will light a fire underneath you. All in all, I felt that I got exactly what I paid for at this school. Your education is what you make it. They will show you what you NEED to know for your chosen field, but it’s up to you to master it. If you stay busy, keep your nose in a book, and practice your trade, you will leave feeling confident. There are issues with every institution, Parisian is no exception. But in my personal experience, attending more than a year here, the good outweighed the bad by far.

Easy to schedule, friendly and courteous staff, the place was very clean. I had the microdermabrasion, by Shannon, it was fantastic! My face feels and looks rejuvenated. Thanks Ms.Kim for making me feel so welcome. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Im starting school at PSI next month and I am genuinely looking forward to it! Im grateful for this school because they not only are very helpful throughout the process - but they also provide financial help as well. The people who work in admin have been very helpful throughout my enrollment process. I cant wait to grow within this institute, thank you PSI!

I am currently a student at Parisian Spa Institute. The knowledge that I have obtained in this short amount of time is beyond imaginable. My instructor, Ms. Cathy is very helpful and willing to demo any technique ay any given time. I’m very grateful to attend and waiting for graduation!

I enjoyed my time at Parisian as a student I made a few good friends and business connections there. Mr. Jason was my favorite administrator very helpful and a great person to talk to if anything comes up in life that may affect your attendance.

I have always enjoyed my time at Parisan spa Institute. The school is layed out very well, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell the owner Linda, has put her heart and soul into the school. They offer lots of classes outside of the the normal curriculum. The teachers are always around and happy to answer any questions you may have. This is a great place to receive your education or services!

I used Groupon for a European Facial, a Gel manicure and a pedicure. I saved a lot of money but definitely not time. Jessicca did my mani and pedi. She did a great job and was very thorough. Took her time. Made sure I was confortable. The facial was done by an instructor, African American elder. She was very sweet and did an excellent job. My face is so soft and glowing. She was giving a demo to a student. Shes very knowledgeable.Gave me some great advice for my skin care regimen. I will definitely be back. Using the groupons was very easy and saved a lot of money using them.This is a great place to go but keep in mind that you need to have extra time. These are students after all.

Best hair school I have been to they are pretty good about keeping your appointment. I like the Groupon deals. I have always had a good experience here I know its a school so I only go for certain things anyway.
