    This place is amazing me and my mom first time we got free hand facials… the service was put of this world everyone was so kind and uplifting deftly big girl friendly i have went to alot of shops and they never catered to me like this place i will be back 1000000 more times my new nail shop

    I had a full set applied at another nail salon in Jacksonville, and they were lifting days after getting them done. Thomas and the rest of the team at River Nails gently cut, soaked, and buffed/filed the nails off while taking into consideration the health of my natural nails. I left not only with a new set, but a trusted nail tech/nail salon that I will be returning to each time I visit the area from South Carolina.

    First time going here. And the service was pleasant. It was very nice! I would recommend here to get your nails done. I got hot pink acrylic nails.Uncle Thomas did my nails. ☺️He was funny, sweet, comforting, and just simply overall caring and dedicated to do my nails, right.I will definitely be coming back.

    I just moved to the area and I have been to river nails spa a few times, and each time I have enjoyed a wonderful experience!The staff is attentive and my manicures and pedicures have been very pleasant.I would recommend calling ahead if you can!So happy to have found this gem. (:

    My husband and I went in for manicures and pedicures, and I received a full set of gel acrylics. The folks inside are super friendly and kind including the owner Thomas. Manicures and pedicure were quality work. There is only one technician for acrylics however, so this would not be the place to bring multiple folks wanting that service - would be inconvenient. Same deal for pedicures and manicures, there are only 2 or 3 technicians, so would not be the place for more than 2.

    I love River Nail Spa!! I’ve been going to this nail salon for over 20 years! The owner Thomas goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are comfortable and relaxed and happy with the result. I leave every visit looking flawless. My acrylics are on point and I get the most relaxing pedicures with Massage I’ve ever had. I look forward to my visits to River nail spa every couple weeks!!

    I hardly ever get gel or dip polish because I hate having my nails done, but I love the way it looks. Having said that, I love this place because they are patient and gentle with me. My nails always look great now and I don’t dread going in. I love seeing Thomas, the ladies and the beautiful fish!

    The manager was really patient and took his time even when I was being picky. He did a good job however I’m only giving 4 stars because I asked for sparkles and it made the end result look chunkier than I wanted. I wanted the nails to look more natural and thinner. If it wasn’t for that tiny detail, it would’ve turned out really good

    I LOVE!!!!! I’ve been looking for a good salon with prices that match the service and I finally found one !!! They were gentle and fast and they listened!!! Not once did they do something and not ask if I was okay with it. And the customer service is just through and through

    This salon was amazing! I came to the salon looking for a manicure that would be perfect for my wedding and I was not disappointed. My bridesmaids were also very satisfied with their manicures and pedicures. All the staff were friendly and the environment was wonderful! We love Uncle Tom and everyone we encountered today.

    Tom did a wonderful job on my dip powder nails & gel pedicure! Definitely recommend this place!! Its completely newly owned and redone. (also Ive never written a review of a nail salon so this says a lot!)

    Would 100% recommend this nail spa if your looking for one! The staff is delightful and have amazing customer service. The place is newly renovated and has an relaxing atmosphere. I’ve got acrylic from them and they are the best i’ve ever had. I will be a returning customer for sure!!

    This place is amazing! In the past, Ive always hated getting my nails done because theyve always messed up or rushed, but Ive gone to this place twice now, and both times were awesome. The owners are so epic and funny and both times Ive gone in without an appointment and got serviced immediately, and theyre also very patient because I took forever to decide what color I wanted, and I ended up picking the one he suggested. Ive loved it both times. They do an incredible job and are very thorough, and its cheap, and they have puppies, so theyre the best.

    They always do the best job. And if they ever ever mess up they fix anything right away or you can come back and get it fixed. Family business. Everyone is so kind and welcoming.

    I visited this nail salon during a transition of management. My first full set was horribly done by the prior owner…however, the new manager had me come back and he gave me full set to make things right. My nails were absolutely perfect. I fell in love. I tipped him $20 I was so happy with his work. I love this place!!! 😇🥰

    I absolutely love my nails! The lady who did them for me was the sweetest and did them exactly how I wanted. I’ve never been so impressed with a nail salon, the workers were so sweet and accommodating. My nails are absolutely gorgeous and the shape is so in style! The design wasn’t easy but she did it perfectly. I would recommend this place to everyone.

    I went in to get a new dip powder decided to treat myself to a pedicure as well! Not only was the atmosphere up beat but relaxing but the folks that worked on me listened and didn’t try to push any agenda. Hands down the best place I’ve ever been!!! I will be returning!

    I am here working, and I am so disappointed that I will be leaving town tomorrow. This is hands down THE best nail salon I have ever been to! Brenda has done my nails twice now. She is very sweet and funny. She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel important. She listens to what I want, and does just that! She took me in just a few minutes before closing tonight, and stayed until almost 9 oclock getting my nails exactly like I want them! She asked questions about how I liked them to better the outcome.     Okay so... I get the dip/SNS nails. I had been searching for a nail place for a long time. Everywhere I went was just fine. I thought I knew how the dip worked and everything about it. I had gotten used to my nails feeling a lot thicker than normal or natural.Until last week. I went to River Nails over on University... which is 30 min from my house. On a whim because I was in the area and had time. I had Thom Tran. (But apparently Stephanie is also good). He is the owner of the salon (just purchased it and renovated everything 4 months ago). And he was metiticulous. My nails are PERFECTION. These are the best nails Ive had IN MY LIFE. They feel SO natural. Im over the moon. Soooo thats my story and my recommendation. 🤣🤣This place is incredible. Please check it out.

    Me & my daughter went for the first time today for pedicures and was nervous because we are both very picky. It was a convenient location to home. We both left satisfied which is hard for us with pedicures. We will be returning soon! Thank you ladies :)

    I live fairly close but have always went to the town center for my nails. I was at Winn Dixie and saw nail co and figured why not? At least I don’t have to drive. THEY WERE SO NICE! I got a gel fill in and gel pedicure. They don’t have TVs and honestly I was okay with that. It made it so much more relaxing. They have tons of regulars that they know by name and their families. Which should tell you that this is an awesome place ❤️ Thanks guys. You have a new reg 🙂
