    Ive been coming here for a few months now and so far things have been going well. The staff is very nice and the manager is very customer focused. Thao has been my go-to nail tech, and shes the kindest technician Ive ever had. Ive even had other nail techs when I was out of town compliment how well she does. As someone who is picky about their nails Im glad Ive finally found a permanent spot.

    Love this shop, beautifully styled, great location and a welcoming atmosphere. I tried a few different techs when I first started going, and they all do a pretty decent job. But for true 5 star work, I would recommend Natalie, Lily or Mencia, those women are definitely artists and really care about the health of your nails which I love.Special shout out to Natalie specifically, who is my faithful, every 2 week tech, no matter what I ask for she executes it flawlessly. Love her!

    Got a full set with gel as well as a gel pedicure. Everyone was so kind and attentive. I usually do my own nails because I couldn’t find a salon I liked, this is now my go to spot. Would highly recommend!!!

    I was a walk-in without an appointment and I was able to be seen immediately. Lily did my nails and Yanni did my pedicure. I wanted an ombre dip with red and black polish on my natural nails but it was explained to me that what I want it would look better with the acrylic nails so I trusted Lily and went for it...Lily did not disappoint!!!The staff was very friendly. I definitely will be back! Let me know how you like my nails. Sorry I forgot to capture a picture of my toes but they were red and black without the ombre.

    I went here because I had another appointment close by and wasn’t disappointed. I was very impressed by how they sterilized their tools and even throw out the used pumice stones. The technician did a great job! I don’t know if others have noticed how some places don’t give a massage with a pedicure, but this place does and it’s great!

    Best manicure in Jacksonville! I moved to Jax about 2 years ago and I have been struggling to find a good nail salon. Million Dollar nails was everything and more! The nail tech helped me go with a new nail style and created a color that I wanted when the option wasn’t available. I am so pleased with my nails!

    This nail salon is the BEST! Natalie is top notch and is an artist with designs! Hannah does an amazing job with my pedicures. However everyone here from the receptionist to all of the staff is very professional and talented.     I’m visiting from out of town with a friend who has family here. While she spent time with her grandma I wanted to do something nice for myself. I look through lots of different nail salons and chose this one based on the designs in these reviews. I was able to get a mani and a pedi as a walk-in with no issue. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and my tech was awesome. She was so personable and good around small talk, like chatting with a friend. I was able to show her a design I liked and we worked together to find one that I liked and she felt comfortable doing, she’s not a copy machine after all. Ha! The services were so relaxing I trusted her to put her spin on the design while keeping the over all aesthetic and she did great! I definitely felt like I treated myself and I will be sure to come back the next time I’m in town. Thank you for taking care of me!

    I usually like to go to places a few times to make a definite review. I’m not going to lie, my first experience wasn’t the greatest. The lady was busy chatting with 2 people to her right and barely looked at my hands to notice any mistakes she was making. They were really cute nails, but not what I asked for, and my thumbnails were a quarter of an inch longer than the rest of my fingers. I had also asked for poly gel and received acrylic with no proper communication. I had to go fix them myself that night and get the lengths all corrected.The second time was going great with Rebecca and then I got handed over to another tech who left my nails misshapen and wonky. I was very upset and the owner fixed most of the mistakes. He even gave me a $5 coupon to use for the future, which I was not expecting at all. Great move on his part because it gave me even more incentive to come back again. That set had a lot of areas where it lifted due to the poly gel not being properly pushed flesh to my cuticle area. Cute set despite that happening!I’ve been 2 times since then and have found Rebecca to be my go to. She is an amazing tech and listens to me and my opinions. She’s quick to fix anything and makes sure you’re satisfied. I like that she takes her time because it’s guaranteed that the tips and nail beds of my nails are even and not lopsided. She’s also got an array of cute deco nail pieces that I absolutely love and have been seeking out here in Jax. So many people have been asking me where to find them and I’ve recommended they come here and request Rebecca! My first full set by her lasted a month and I just know this second set will last the same.The third and fourth time I went was by far the best experience I have had at this salon! All thanks to Rebecca!! I would not have come back if I didn’t find her the second time I came in. She’s an absolute angel and I fully enjoy my time with her. It flies by really quickly and that’s all I want on my days off is to have fun. You can tell that she really cares about her clients because she pays attention to detail. She remembered things about me that I forgot I even told her!

    Excellent service. Nails done by Thao and toes done by Tracy. Tracy did an amazing job and picked out the most perfect fall color for me. My feet felt extremely soft and the color is beautiful. Thao did an excellent job on my nails she took her time and did my nails better than I had imagined them to be. The establishment is very clean and looks luxurious.

    I came here on a whim and got a Classic Plus pedicure with Helen which included paraffin wax, hot stones, hot towels and a massage. She was amazing! Very thorough and precise so I’ll definitely be back to see her.

    Love! Lily and Hannah the nail techs are awesome. I’m embarrassed to say sometimes I go a month without a fill in and not one nail lifts. She does them so good. I relocated from NYC and was a little apprehensive about finding a new tech let alone one by my house. So glad I tried them. Place is nice and quiet and clean.

    Came into town for a little get away and realized I needed a fill in bad. Headed over to million dollar nails and they exceeded my expectations. I don’t normally like going to new places, but this was a must. I walked in and asked if they had anyone who was able to do winter themed nail art, sure enough I waited for Mencia for about 5 minutes before she came over and went straight to work! She was so sweet and very professional, and well her work speaks for itself.

    I popped in without an appointment after work and got a new set of nails with Hannah and a pedicure with Lilly. They did my nails and toes simultaneously, which saved so much time!     I gave it a 5 because of my technician, Mencia! I love the way she does my nails. She takes her time and not rush into her work and that’s very important to me. Regarding the place, it’s really nice and really like the way the sign in is setup. One thing that I believe that should be considered is not to charge when you ask for your nails to be cut when it’s actually not really cutting the nail it’s just filing down but that should only be if it’s a complete set or fill in. In addition, design for two fingers should be free. Again, I give my technician a 5.

    This place is amazing!! Everyone is so nice. Everyone I’ve been to has paid special attention to detail. They ask you throughout the service how you want things. They don’t make you feel bad if you change your mind. The place is clean and the decor is cute.The ONLY thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that I haven’t been able to sit next to my friend for a manicure. Even when booking together we were on opposite sides. I had wanted a nice girls day and to be able to chat with her but that wasn’t an option. I’m not sure if that’s normal but it would definitely make it even better!This is my new go to nail salon, and the one I will recommend to my friends.

    I have been seeing Natalie at Million Dollar Nails and I highly recommend! The staff is always super nice and I am always seen on time for my appointment. Natalie does a quality job because my SNS manicure has lasted as long as over 3 weeks when I got super busy and was unable to make it in sooner.     Big place.Very big place.Lots of chairs, lots of staff. I was amazed when I walked in. As you would expect there are lots of options at lots of price levels. Since I was paying for four pedicures, we all opted for the same thing. My pedicure was fine and it was done by Lynn who is fun and claims she has magic hands.My negative (minus one star) was that since everyone got the same thing and they all started at the same time, you would think that we would all get the same treatments and finish about the same time....not the case. Maybe it is just me, but I prefer to get a time limit (45, 60, etc minutes) and then let the therapist decide what she needs to spend more time on. My wifes lasted 65 minutes, mine 55 minutes, my daughters 45 minutes and my other daughter 55 minutes. Maybe I am wrong, I am certainly not an expert on pedicures, but I do know what I like.Friendly people.Plenty of parking.Prices seemed reasonable.

    I highly recommend this business. Moving to Jax, I needed to find a new nail tech that could handle the attention to detail that I expect. I’ve tried multiple places, nails dot com, nail blvd, polish, etc and this is the only place I’ve found that doesn’t fight with me about quality.
