Anh did an amazing job on my pedicure. I went in for a simple polish change & decided to upgrade to a pedicure after reviewing prices. (Very reasonable for a spa) No pressure/upselling, which was very much appreciated. I also liked that she was very gentle and didn’t over pull with the cuticle nippers as I’ve experience with other salons.Overall the salon is very well maintained with a very active manager on site. It has more of a quiet relaxing spa feel to it. Everything was so nice & well put together. I highly recommend for a relaxing day alone or even with a group of friends, this is the place to go!

Enjoyed our “Girls Time” getting pedicures. I personally loved it. Nancy, my nails tech, did a great job. I am coming back for sure.I paid 72 plus a tip. I thought the price was fine because I pay for cute nails, a relaxing time, a pretty place, and quality.Love it!!Edit: came back for a second time. I usually come here and get my sets done by lily and nancy and they always turn out amazing, but this time when i came in both of my techs were not in and was getting placed randomly with a different tech. i will say that the set itself is not terrible by any means, but when there was a mess up with blending in one of the nails and i had addressed it to kevin multiple times i was just dismissed and it never got fixed. i usually don’t leave this salon unhappy, but this time i left rubbed off in a wrong way. i would say i do recommend this place if you want a clean and reliable set, but just be careful about who you go to here. will be back as always, but making sure i am very careful about who i get next time

The atmosphere in this salon was so pretty, relaxing and upscale but with service that was amazing even being I was an hour late for my appointment due to traffic coming from work. They still worked me and a friend in as well as stayed over to finish without rushing us whatsoever! We will definitely be back!!!

I go here every month and it’s always exceptional! The people are friendly. The facility is immaculate. Anh treats me like royalty 🤴. I love it. It’s the only place I’ll ever go for my pedicures. The arches of my feet are very ticklish, and she knows exactly how to navigate my feet to minimize my ticklishness while maximizing my relaxation. Ownership always greets me with a smile and a handshake 🤝 when I walk through the door. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. Go here! You’ll be glad you did.

I’ve come here for a couple pedicures; it is clean, beautifully decorated, they always do a great job and offering a drink at the beginning is such a nice touch. I just had a fantastic gel pedicure with Tim, who was very considerate and did an excellent job. It started raining during the pedicure and I was unprepared. It didn’t seem like it would stop anytime soon, so I was about to leave anyways but the man at the front desk (the owner?) asked me to wait for a second and came back with an umbrella so he could walk me to my car. It was so above and beyond and so kind of him to do that. I appreciated that so much! Thank you for the excellent service!!! I will definitely keep coming back for excellent quality pedicures and excellent service.

Beautiful place with a great location. If I had to complain - so many options! I know that seems petty but its hard to make a decision. We did the deluxe which is a step up from basic - no i dont want fruit on my feet - and the people seemed a bit stiff we werent spending more. Not much of a basic polish selection either. Sorry I dont want to pay $100 for a gel pedi with a volcano! I would go again

It is still my favorite place to go. I’ve had more pleasant visits than negative ones be aware some nail technicians are rather pushy and try to shove additional services to your visit that are not necessarily free. Always ask how much these “recommended “ service add one cost. They will try to push gel this gel that and even make excuses that they can’t guarantee the nail polish will dry off as if gel was a necessity. Full disclosure I enjoy a pedicure for what it is and the color is last of my worries, they need to understand customer is always right and just do what they are told “to do”

My first time there I received a pedicure, manicure, eyebrow wax and upper lip wax. The pedicure was amazing! The eyebrow and upper lip wax were good. For the manicure, I thought it was going to be good, but it made me upset. The nail technician I was with (Hanna) was in a rush and I didn’t realized it until after I had her try to fix my nails 3 times. I was new and didn’t realize they closed at 7pm and it was already 5 or 6 when she started on my nails. I requested regular nail polish with acrylic tips to get coffin style nails. After the shaping and filing usually you’re supposed to wash your hands to get rid of the nail shavings, she just dusted it off and started painting. Her hands were already shaky too. I let the first set dry, I noticed she didn’t touch up my cuticles, or shape around them evenly, part of the acrylic was chipped from one of my nails. Another thing was that the nail shavings she tried dusting off my hands had glued onto my entire right thumb area and I asked her about cleaning it off and she said later when I get home I can wash my hands and she also said that my hands are just dry. This was unprofessional to me because not every person who gets their nails done goes home after and she was assuming. I don’t know she thought I was going home because I wore a nice blue beach dress out. But when she made that I comment I got upset and I told her I didn’t mess up my own nails. She kept trying to act like I messed up my own nails. The second time around the same night I tried to have her fix a few nails and the paint job. It was bad that the lady next to me who was also getting her nails done told us that the nail polish is dripping off my nails. Also, she ignored my request for the cuticle touch up and then She dried them later and then told me to wash my hands which was stupid, she still did not understand the basic procedure of it. I just washed my nails after because I was getting fed up. And of course the paint wore off. So for the third time, she cleaned all the nail polish off and repainted again, but the results were still bad. I left upset because my nails looked uneven and the paint job on the sides were bad that you could see part of my real nails a little bit. The owner tried to speak to me before I left, but Hanna was on her way leaving too and stood right behind her to listen.The next day I was still upset and decided later that I would try to them get fixed by someone else. The owner looked at my nails and could tell that they were messed up and she paired me with someone amazing who is Kathy. Kathy knew what she was doing and evened out my acrylics and did a perfect paint job on them. Literally only took her 30-45 minutes to do it, I left happy! I’m giving this place 5 stars because the owner and the other nail technician made a positive difference in my experience. Now a days it’s hard to find people who care about what they do, but the owner kept checking up on me as well as other staff and clients making sure that everyone was happy and enjoying their services.

I have been to Venetian Nails a few times. I feel that they are a little more expensive than other nail salons, but this last time I went, I feel like I got more for my money. My nails typically only stay really nice for a week/week and a half. Ive had this polish on for more than two weeks and they look really good still. Im more willing to pay the money if they will last a while. I always get gel.

I absolutely love this place! I have been here twice now and both times I have been completely satisfied. First time I received a pedicure and feel they take their time, the atmosphere is relaxing and they go above and beyond and the price is the same that I was paying at my last place and getting more. Today I received a full set Acrylic with gel polish and this is by far the best nails I have had in a very long time! Nicole did great! I will be back for all my pedicure and nail services!

My husband and I had pedicures as walk-ins. Huge salon, open floor plan... biggest nail salon I have probably ever been to honestly. Looked very clean. I saw one of the workers cleaning one of the pedicure chairs, which I have never seen done in my life in any nail salon ever, so that was reassuring, lol. (Maybe I’m just not that observant lol) I didn’t feel rushed at all, like some reviews have mentioned. Cindy did a great job with my pedicure. I have an old scar at the bottom of my right foot which develops a callus and Cindy took extra time working on scrubbing it down, where other places don’t usually do that. My nails were shaped well and the polish was painted on very smoothly. Great experience and would come back again.

A recent bad experience at a different salon has made me really appreciate this location! In either location, Ive had always excellent service. Here I dont feel like another paying customer. I feel like they really care about patrons. I always leave satified! New place off of Atlantic and Kernan. Very nice and clean. Prices are like the Venitian nail place in town center. Good place to go with no wait I reccomend this place for an enjoyable pedicure in a pleasant setting.
