** Updating this review to give the biggest shout out to Kalila ~ the new brow expert! Kalila was very attentive and did my brows exactly how I wanted them. During my wax and tint, she thoroughly explained everything that she was doing and made sure that I was satisfied throughout the whole process. She had amazing customer service going above and beyond and I’m very happy with my experience. Will definitely be going back! **Victoria always does an amazing job and makes my brows look perfect! She has been my go-to for awhile because she gives such consistent service and I can trust that she’ll make my brows look great. Perfect brows every time. They map your brows (draw them on) and wax around the drawing. That way you see the shape and thickness of the eyebrows before they even wax them. Its foolproof. And they put concealer on your so youre not red for the rest of the day and show you how to fill them in so they always look good.
