I’m an anxious waxer but let me tell you, Costas is a godsend. He takes his time, makes sure your comfort level is at 1000% and talks to get your mind off of the waxing session. But Costas is not the only person I’ve had a great experience with! Mikayla(Michaela?- sorry for spelling!) IS AMAZING. She is flexible and goes out of her way to help you out however possible. I had confusion with my appointment time and she ended up getting everything straightened out within 5 minutes. She was quick to call back and was sweet, even when I wasn’t the sweetest over the confusion. 10/10 recommended

Staff is wonderful and extremely helpful and always put you at ease. The vegan organic hard wax is great because there is no strips needed and makes it much more comfortable and gets the hair in one pass, I love it. My toes come out smooth and perfect every time, the Manzillian is next!!! The last pictures are in order, photo #3 is one month since waxing # 4, 5, and #6 are all 2 months since wax so it has definitely slowed the growth of new hair and what returns is fine hair and easy to wax off, well worth your while if you want to remove hair from your body, any body part this is the best place to get it done I have found that the wax they use is phenomenal!!

That staff was friendly, per usual at the other locations I’ve gone to, but Ce’ara was wonderful! She was very personable, she was fast and efficient! I love her technique, it’s less painful than others and she converses with you to help take your mind off of the waxing!! The icing on the cake was the fact that she provided me with useful information on how to care for my type of skin after waxing. She definitely gained a client and I’ll be booking whatever location she’s working!

Got cancelled on last minute by the location on St Johns Bluff location. This was my second bad experience at that location. I called into the call center who found the only opening at this location. Walked in & was greeted by Stephanie who had amazing customer service. Stephanie’s service was in line with brand standard, as I’ve been to multiple Brazils locations. Natalie was my tech and did an awesome job! The service provided by both Stephanie & Natalie is worth the additional drive time. Great customer goes a long way! Thank you!!!
