Walked in…..atmosphere was awesome. Friendly front desk personnel… went into the room undressed from waste down. The room was very clean and everything was sanitary. Kionna was the tech. Pleasant, fast but it hurt like heck. I’ve gotten several waxes before and it hasn’t hurt that bad. Maybe because it’s been months since my last one. But in all the place is awesome.

I normally go to the location closest to my home on Collins Rd. but this one is closer to my job. They were nice accommodating. My wax technician was nice and moved really fast, which I like! However, she left a tiny bit of hair strands on the largest part of my V area. I think it’s because I was a bit late and she wanted to hurry and get to her next appointment. I understand this but I wish she paid just a little more attention to detail. Overall great place though!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Went to a completely different salon at first and had a terrible experience, and ended up leaving. I came to brazils hoping they had an opening. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by Jamie who greeted me with a huge smile and compassion after I explained to her what happened she got me worked in the same time with Miriam. Miriam was amazing! She was super quick and very sweet. Signing up for the membership because the customer service and comfortability makes it worth it. Definitely recommend!

Jamie and Hailey took excellent care of me! This was my very first Brazilian and I was very nervous and unsure of what to expect. From the moment Jamie answered my call she started to put me at ease. She was warm and welcoming. She explained things to me and assured me that I would be taken care of. I arrived for my appointment and didnt have to wait at all. Jamie greeted me and handed me off to Hailey who was AMAZING. She was calm and professional, taking care to explain the process to me the entire way through. She checked on me frequently to make sure that I was doing ok and we had a great chat. Before I knew it, it was over with really no pain but rather just a little discomfort from time to time. Honestly, the conversation was so engaging that I missed most of what was going on. Afterwards, they both took the time to make sure that I understand how to properly take care of the waxed areas and welcomed me to call anytime if I had any concerns. I will definitely be coming back and joining the membership which in my opinion is well priced and worth it. I highly recommend this center both for its amazing staff and also for its appearance and cleanliness. This was a full 5-star experience.

I usually do not go to this location, but since my esthetician left, I have been looking for the perfect esthetician. I think I found her. Amber was great. She is detailed, and she guides you as she performs the service so you are not caught off guard (even though I have been getting a wax for years). As soon as she walked in, she asked if the room temperature was okay before I could even ask her to adjust it. Very thoughtful and considerate! I just appreciate her professionalism.

She is so sweet and even called me when I was running late for my appointment to let me know she moved it out a little so I didn’t feel stressed about being late.If you want a great Brazilian, Khiana is your girl! She is very thorough and she isn’t afraid to get in those “awkward” areas we all like to be hairless and silky smooth. Crystal and Amber are also great. I have been going to Brazil’s for years since I moved to Jacksonville back in 2016. Crystal and the Brazil’s wax staff always make me feel welcome and have always taken care of all my waxing needs. I was uneducated used to get waxed with soft wax, but since being a client with Brazils’ I have never looked back after using hard wax. It’s less abrasive and your skin stays baby smooth so much longer. Don’t hesitate to get your wax done at Brazils you won’t regret it.I got waxed today by Cherryl, and she was so attentive.
