Katelyn at the collins location in Jax FL. Was absolutely AMAZING. She made me feel comfortable and trusting. She talked me through the whole session and I am very satisfied with the results. I told her everytime I get waxed its stressful for me. Honestly it hurts to me and I have a low pain tolerance. She understood and agreed it could be painful for some but she let me know i was in good hands. Its like she adjusts to her clients mood. She has such a great spirit and makes you feel relaxed. I dont know what shes beeing paid, but she deserves more. She was an angel❣️
