Whewww when I tell y’all this has been the best wax experience ever! Sarah is amazing! My first time was 3-4 weeks ago and she made me so comfortable. We talked and laughed during the whole process which made it a breeze. The pain level was probably a 5/10 and I was hairy! I just left my second appointment with her and I didn’t know if I should reschedule or not because there was barely any hair there. I went anyway and there was no pain at all! But there was hair there that just wasn’t noticeable. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a wax. I recommend keeping up with your appointments as well… DO NOT go past 4 weeks. Thank me later.

I got a Brazilian wax for the first time! The process can be scary and it can be challenging to figure out who should conduct the service. However I have a good recommendation for you who treated me well. I enjoyed the care, gentleness, and expertise of Sarah at Pink Cashmere Waxing & Microblading located in Sole Therapy, 8833 Perimeter Park Blvd, Suite 102 Jacksonville, FL 32216. She asked me questions to find out what my pain tolerance level was. She took the time to make sure I did not sting as she waxed each area. She held the area with her hand right after she waxed it to stop the sting. She also talked to me throughout the session in a way that calmed me down. I also enjoy that she explained that the waxing she does is a hard wax which plucks the hair from the root. This is a more effective longer lasting method than the typical waxing process. I am happy about that as well. I am equally as impressed with her for advising me which gentle products I should use to cleanse and wash myself after receiving a Brazilian wax. She told me which products to buy, how to mix them together, and the type of container I should keep it in. I felt great after my waxing session as a result of everything I just mentioned. I would definitely recommend Sarah so I had to take the time to write her this recommendation. My experience was so good that I recommend her for all waxing hair removal services.

I love Sarah! I went to her for my FIRST Brazilian after finding her on Groupon... and she is now the only place that I go to get waxed. She has a great into Brazilian deal so if you’re a first timer - definitely set up an appointment! The appointment process is super easy and flexible as well. She is super sweet and we always have a great conversation when I’m in there, which makes the service go by really quick. I was also pretty scared to get waxed the first time, let alone get a full Brazilian wax, but she explained what she was doing and why and really makes you feel comfortable! Plus she tells you when to take a deep breath and holds down the area when she’s removed the strip, so helpful!! She also gives a lot of info on maintenance and cleansing etc for afterwards. She explained the downside to shaving and how the wax she uses is different and much better as it slows down the hair growth process by removing each follicle from the root! Her setup is super cute too! I definitely recommend going to her for all your skincare needs! She knows her stuff, and is great at it.

Sarah is professional, explained everything clearly for me (it was my first time having my legs and underarms waxed), is great to talk to, and the end result was perfect. Love the service here! I left the other place I was getting waxed, B*****’s, because my esthetician there were VERYYYYYY unprofessional, bordering unethical. I found Pink Cashmere looking through Groupon and I’ll definitely be back! She was good at her craft and an overall cool person, yet professional.. I appreciate her work, especially as an independent business owner with years of experience. No ingrown hairs and she uses a good quality no-strip wax that didn’t irritate my skin. She’s got a new client here!
