I had my first wax EVER with Ebony and let me say hands down the best experience! It started with me messaging her on IG asking several questions that I thought she might find stupid but she was so sweet and knowledgeable and made me feel heard. Then when I got there she helped me get over my nerves and we laughed and joked through the whole session and it flew by with hardly and pain. Im moving but will definitely be driving back to Florida any time I need a wax just to come see her. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism! PLEASE go see her for your skin care needs!

I love Jax Glam Room!! Ebony is truly the best! She pours her heart and soul into the service she provides her clients. I had body sculpturing services and she is on point! She is personable and extremely easy to connect with. Her studio is adorable! Every time I have gone to her studio, it is clean and smells amazing. I definitely recommend!

I’ve been going to Eb for my waxing/vajacial services since 2021 and every time it’s been 10/10! When I first met her I felt like I had been knowing her for years! She makes you feel soo comfortable..great conversations, music always on point, and very professional. From the top notch services to the beautiful decor it’s such a vibe! You won’t regret booking with the Glam Room!

First let me just say I love Ebony. She creates a vibe. From the music to the conversation. You just feel so comfortable. I had never been to an esthetician prior to her & I’m glad I choose her. I have PCOS so I suffer from ingrown facial hair that when picked turns into black scars. I have always been so self conscious about them & wore foundation every day to cover them. Between my facials, her introducing me to sunscreen & using her handmade facial cleanser; Ebony has literally made me more confident with wearing a bare face. Now I don’t wear foundation as much and I’ve noticed an improvement in the color of my dark marks & the way my skin glows. Book her; you won’t regret it.

Ive been seeing Ebony for a few months for lipo cavitation, not only is she wonderful at providing every service she provides but shes super chill and down to earth but always professional. Her rooms are decorated beautifully always neat a clean. Just love her!

Money well spent. I got the rose gold facial and a Brazilian wax. Glad to say, I am super satisfied with her services. She was phenomenal. My face is well moisturized, acne has diminished, and my skin is super hydrated.

I enjoyed my experience. I was impressed with how Ebony was able to help me figure out the cause of my breakouts. I also enjoyed the atmosphere and the free champagne.. Very classy establishment, cant wait for my next appointment.

The last time I had a wax was 12 yrs ago 😩 and, the way she took care of me, made me feel like I was there 6wks ago. Very personable and as mom of 6, I felt like it was all about me (for a change). Would highly recommend for one on one personal service.

All around wonderful experience, Ambiance was very nice and relaxing, Ebony the owner listened to what I needed also gave a couple of recommendations for my skin, she was also gentle and accommodating, afterwards my skin was so soft, my boyfriend even complimented my glow, my next appointment is a must
