First I wanna say the atmosphere & ambience of this place is so beautiful and graceful. It’s very clean and organized. All the staff members are very friendly and welcoming. I attended the grand opening I was offered chocolate covered treats and wine. I also received a free eyebrow and lip wax a few days before the grand opening. Aaliyah was my waxing technician and she made me feel extremely comfortable. I experienced little to no pain during my wax. She was able to answer all my questions and we had a good conversation the whole time I felt like I knew her for years even though we just met. I Also wanna give a special shout out to the store manager Ms.Janel. She is absolutely amazing!!! She was so nice and professional. She showed me a few products that I absolutely love and have been using every day since I’ve gotten them. Ms.Janel has exceptional customer service she made me feel right at home. My overall experience was a 10/10 I will be back in two weeks to get another wax and a few more products. Big shoutout to this establishment , Every two weeks or so my fiancé comes here for a Brazilian wax and when I tell you they do an AMAZING job I meant it! I went inside just to personally thank the owner for taking such good care of my Fiancé and the energy was just so warm & welcoming . We really appreciate the way they handle everything , Ladies this is the place to go if you’re in Jax !

I had my very first Brazilian waxing done by Aaliyah. I was very nervous at first but this Lady is so funny, professional and know 100% what she is doing. She made me feel comfortable and not having to be nervous. I can highly recommend her and already rebooked my next appointment 😊

Wowww this place is absolutely stunning it’s so beautiful inside the aesthetics is definitely giving . Aaliyah was my wax technician and it was the best experience I’ve ever had , I felt very comfortable and relaxed. She did such an amazing job I was absolutely in love with her results and how smooth the appt went overall :) Ask for Aaliyah the next time you come in I promise you won’t regret it !
