So many great things to say about this place, I dont know where to begin!I was just passing by and stopped in to check on services and prices. The lovely receptionist; Rochehe (sp?) , was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable with all my inquiries. She was very thorough with all the details and she wasnt a pushy sales person. I didnt have an appointment and as a Walk In, my wait was less than 8 minutes. My esthetician was Eline, who has a great personality, which was sweet and funny for this kind of job. The process was quick with minimal pain and Eline was very meticulous. The calming atmosphere, the service and the team here are all beyond exceptional. This is a long drive for me, but well worth it for me to be a returning client. Thank you Andrea for establishing this Fabulous business and for honoring Veterans discounts.

We just had a normal conversation as if we were having a simple discussion over tea and crumpets as this completely took my mind off getting wax. After suffering a terrible rash by a newbie from another waxing salon I ended up going to Brazilian Wax by Andreia.I have had services for over a year with Eline. She’s knowledgeable, quick and thorough. She kindly accommodated me every time even when her schedule was full. All the customers look happy and they greet the staff like if they were family. So that says a lot about how comfortable everyone feels. I love the clean and upscale environment. They offer complimentary coffee, cold bottle water and soft drinks. They use European wax that leaves the skin feeling superbly soft. They have products for sale for home maintenance at reasonable prices. Oh and they play nice R&B music!!! I now have a standing appointment booked every six weeks because she wax me to perfection. No more razor burn or ingrown hairs from shaving. She does my underarms, full Brazilian bikini and full legs. The price is also phenomenal and the place is very clean and sanitary. If you are still using a razor for hair removal, you are missing out. Give Giulia a call. You won’t be sorry.

Soooo, I decided to try this place out instead. It was the best first time experience I could have asked for. Even though the waxing is a little rough at times the girl Heaven who did my wax was absolutely awesome. She was super cool and played music the whole time and helped take my mind off the pain. She answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable in an awkward situation. Not mention this place did a full body for literally half the price the other place was charging. Go Here!!! This place deserves all the business they can receive. I don’t usually leave reviews or take the time to rate my experiences ,but this really was a fantastic business. 10 outta 10!

Yes, I’m a newbie to waxing but I’ve really learned a lot already.- Exfoliate 3-4 times a week and moisturize daily- have your hair around the recommended length of about 1/4 of an inch and maybe a little bit longer- don’t wait too long in between waxes- don’t wear deodorant for about a day before your appointmentIn my most recent experience I was exfoliating too much and wasn’t and hadn’t gotten waxed for about two months. I had a great experience there and was really sad later in the day when i noticed a lot of places where it looked like I had stubble. Upon further research and thinking into how I had been treating my skin I realized the hair was too long and brittle due to insufficient moisturizing and too much exfoliating. The hair will break off and not get waxed if it is too dry and brittle.In my first experience my hair was too short and I wasn’t exfoliating. The wax looked nice but was patchy because the hair was way to short to be waxed and there was much more dead skin that could be picked up than hair.A lot of how your waxing experience is depends on YOU. The technicians are trained to do their job and they all clearly know what they are doing. Coming prepared, maintaining the skin after, and being consistent is incredibly important. As well, being honest about skin conditions and medications is important. Educate yourself on how to be a good client before blaming staff. Even if you have been getting waxed a long time, changes in routine or climate will change how your body grows hair. We all like spending our money wisely so make good decisions to get the most value.Their rooms are clean, they are respectful, punctual, and almost always available. Be a kind client and don’t be so quick to judge.I just wanna once again thank the women there for the great experience I have there. I will definitely be coming back, and coming back more prepared :)

I’ve been getting waxed at the town center location for the past year and a half, all the estheticians have been very nice at this location but my most recent visit with Heaven was such a pleasant one! From the new receptionist to the new estheticians, they seem to know how to hire good ppl.I was able to get serviced even though I did not make an appt, and I was sad hearing that Elaine was no longer at this location, but once Heaven got started with my Brazilian wax I knew I was in good hands. She’s so efficient and thorough!! My hair is real course and usually gives them girls a challenge lol, but Heaven worked it like a pro! She was able to get all my hairs in under 15mins which impressed me, AND it didn’t hurt wayyyy less than I was anticipating!! Plus, she was the first esthetician to do me a solid and include removing my happy trail (probably cuz she knew it was out of control and felt my struggle lmao) anyways, I hope Heaven sticks around for a while b/c she’s my new fave choice!
