I called for a same day appointment since my flight arrived early and I had time to kill before check in. Yuki was very pleasant over the phone and gave me a time to come in. I arrived earlier than requested but was prepared to wait. She was friendly upon arrival and after 5 minutes of filling out paperwork she took me in even though I was early. She gave an excellent massage and really knew the spots to hit. I have gotten many massages and its always a good sign when I fall asleep halfway through. Very relaxing and clean facility. Would reccommend to anyone.

Went for a massage/facial package with Yuki. She is Amazing. This is def more self care than clinical (for lack of a better word ) pure relaxation. One of the best parts was the quality of the table. Typically the face part is uncomfortable for me and I have to continually re-adjust which is distracting from my experience- hers is like a pillow!!I booked another appointment for the following week before leaving.2nd appt was just as great but not identical to the last, which I loved. I mentioned that to her and she said she likes to change it up. (like I said- not clinical-.***The scalp massage add on is everything but, you WILL need to go straight home after. *see pic for reference. Lol**Highly recommend 10/10

I recently visited this spa for a pampering session, and I must say it was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. The ambiance was so relaxing, and every detail was well thought out. The treatments I received were top-notch, and I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience. The scrub is a must FIVE stars all the way!

My husband booked me a full body scrub, facial and Wax for Mother’s Day and needless to say, everything was wonderful! Shatondra is very professional and she’s well verse on her craft. The environment is very welcoming I will absolutely be back for future services. 10/10

GREAT! The wax experience is like no other. At times I didn’t even realize she had pulled off the wax. If I lived in town I would definitely be here all the time. Yuki was amazing if I am ever in Jacksonville I will 100% be back. I also purchased a soap scrub that was amazing!

I called last minute on a Sunday when I had some time to kill. I was so impressed that I could even get an appointment same day! Shonti listened to all my concerns and gave me an amazing facial and scalp massage! Highly recommend- honestly wish I lived anywhere close bc Id be a regular client!

Like so many other experiences shared, Yuki is nothing short of amazing! Sweet, professional, and wow, what a masseuse! She is one of the best ive ever had, and Ive recieved massage all around the world. Her place is clean and soothing, and the face pad isnt like most cheap ones, its actually gel that contours to your face. Cant recommend her enough, go see her today!

I was new to the “waxing” world and I tried the Self Care Loft and was pleasantly surprised. Shonti was very nice and gentle for my first time. The set up is very cozy and relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and the spaces were very clean. I have definitely found my new spa for self care. :). I recommend others as they also offer facials & massages as well as a nail tech onsite which is awesome because you can make it a day.

Absolutely best experience Ive ever had! Yuki is one of a kind. Highlight the Kind. She takes her time and gets to know her clients and their issues. May it be soreness from a sport or fitness or even sleeping wrong, she can take care of you. She truely cares about helping and making someone feel amazing. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
